This special place is nested in a tranquil area and close to many points of interest, making it a perfect beach stay.

You will enjoy majestic sunrise views from the beach, access to shopping, entertainment, a wide variety of restaurants, live music, water sports, bike paths, and Hollywood Beach's famous Broadwalk nearly 2.5 miles along.

Please contact us for options should you have more guests than the limit for this unit.

You will have access to the entire place., including:

- 2 Queen beds, 1 Full sofa bed.
- 1 kitchenette including refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, sink, coffee machine, etc.; and
- 1 cozy dining/living room.

This unit is connected to another unit by a locked interior door, similar to hotels with connecting rooms.
Both units are fully private, with separate entrances and no shared spaces.
The door is always locked on both sides and cannot be accessed by guests in either unit.

This reservation includes one on-site parking space. For additional parking, there is on-street parking right in front of the building where the unit is located, too. There is also public parking lot about four blocks away.

The beach is few steps from the building (less than 80 steps), approximately 20 seconds walking.

The unit is 0.3 miles from Hollywood Broadwalk (around 5 blocks).

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building including this unit, in common areas such as the laundry and the pool area, and areas surrounding the building such as the parking area.

We had a great stay at this property! All the amenities we needed were included. Loved the patio and the pool area and the short walk to the beach. We highly recommend this and would stay again! The property owners went above and beyond to help my son get back his headphones he accidentally left in the room. Very responsive and helpful!

This is a good location.Just one block off of the beach. No beach views. About 1/2mile from boardwalk and restaurants. Very safe area. Lots of people walking around the area at all times. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot. Really nice full kitchen. Beds were comfy. Lots of shower and pool towels. We only had one beach chair for the two of us. But you might be able to request another one. There is absolutely no early check in here. If so, there is a charge and it must be in writing beforehand. Also, the door that connects to the room next door although it is locked and private, You can hear every conversation from the room next door. The people next to us were up chatting and having a good time until 330am. They weren't partying or anything, it's just that the door is so thin that you can hear every word, so not great for sleeping.

Cozy yet Spacious!

My family loved this apartment. We could see the beach from the back balcony and could stroll down to sit and have morning coffee. This area of homes is very peaceful and serene. The boardwalk was only a short distance away. The unit itself is set up to allow each guest their own privacy and space! We were so impressed by the layout, the fully stocked coffee stations, and plenty of beach and bath towels! The hosts were also very accommodating and helpful. It was perfect and we can’t wait to come back!

Great location and amenities for family stay

Great layout with multiple spaces allowing for kids to sleep while adults could stay up later. Full kitchen and two bathrooms very convenient, plus another kitchen. Location was fantastic, very close to the beach as indicated. Pool was clean and well maintained. Communication with host via VRBO app was very easy and responsive, they were very amenable to our requests (e.g. needing playpen for infant to sleep in). Parking spot on site reserved for the unit. Four televisions, folding camp chairs, towels, Keurig coffee machine, two microwaves. Had a technical issue (broken doorknob on one bathroom) which they came to fix the next day, very much appreciated. Liked that this is a "noise restrictions" neighborhood. Publix supermarket 15 minute walk, Hollywood Broadwalk 15 minute walk with lots of restaurants. We recommend Mermaid Queen. Padrion's Cuban Restaurant a short 10 minute drive, Anne Kolk nature park 15 minute drive. And free. ArtPark a 15 minute drive, they often have events. 25 minute drive to/from airport. Some feedback on the unit - some mattresses were better than others. Main bathroom could use a new coat of paint. While generally very clean on arrival, floors were a bit dirty. The pictures were accurate, but a few of them are reverse imaged. Overall, it does have a very nice beach apartment feel in a very safe neighborhood, we would stay there again.
