After a mediocre stay in July ; we decided to give Costa another chance because of the price point. This stay 8/19 to 8/26 was excellent..The staff at the front desks were way nicer this time around. The pool deck workers were very nice and accommodating; Mike and Nella were especially excellent.The Security workers are excellent and very professional ; especially Eugene. The cleaning ladies do an amazing job; our room looked brand new .. I do wish I was able to communicate with them ; but…the job they did was amazing! Marcello is an amazing worker and a huge asset to Costa…Some things I did not like is the weird necessity to have to get towels from the other entrance …Why aren’t they on the seventh floor where the pool is…or in two spots for the upstairs and downstairs for the ocean and pool. You get two loungers on the beach ; but no umbrella…..an umbrella is 20 dollar a day… Include a umbrella!!! I think the top deck is under utilized and there is money to be made…..Have some sort of continental breakfast and charge for it..Barbecue burgers and dogs for a fee for people at the pool…Whoever is in charge needs to be more creative..

We recently stayed in these ocean-view apartments in Miami, and our experience exceeded all expectations! From the very first moment, we were captivated by the stunning view of the ocean visible from the windows. Every morning, we enjoyed breathtaking sunrises, and the evenings were filled with the magic of sunsets. The apartments were cozy and modern, equipped with excellent furniture and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to prepare our own meals whenever we didn’t feel like going out. The location was also perfect—close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. We had an unforgettable time and will definitely return. We highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for the perfect getaway in Miami!

I Liked the fact that it is within walking distance from the beach. plenty of options for food and close to the boardwalk. I was very upset because for the first two days of our stay our air conditioner did not work. they tried to fix it but eventually ended up moving us to another room. this was a big inconvenience as we had already unpacked, we had to repack and unpack again. when I checked out the person at the front desk didn't even bother to ask how our stay was. I expressed to him about the inconvenience, but he did not seem to care. I still had to pay our resort fee after this inconvenience. It also rained every day we were there, so we barely used the pool.

I stayed here for one night, and this was my second time coming back. Everything was just as amazing as the first stay. The place is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for a short stay, but it feels so good that you wish you could stay longer. Definitely a spot I’d return to again.

Overall good stay. Tried to do the early check-in but everytime I called they said it was nothing ready. I went to go register and they didn’t take my bags to hold or anything. They finally called me back at 330 to tell me I can check in early when check in is 4.

I didn’t like how the property was advertised. It was advertised as if you will have this lovely beach view and you really don’t see the beach. The microwave was not cleaned. The staff walked in on my while undressed. Definitely not worth the price

They charge for amenities that are offered as included (e.g. umbrella), they are very rude and they charged a resort fee without telling me, they just said they were going to charge the refundable security deposit. It is outrageous and when calling they clearly don’t care and don’t offer any solutions. Very disappointed. There were also hairs on the box spring, needs better cleaning.

We stayed in the king bed suite with balcony and water view. The water view wasn’t worth paying extra for. However, the room was very big and nice. There was a full kitchen and even a washer/dryer. The rooftop area was very nice with a pool and bar where you could watch the sunset.
