The check in process was not smooth. We waited for our room for hours and kept getting told we would get a call. Finally, after visiting the desk 4 times, they gave us a room. When we arrived in our room there was a man in there! He acted odd and rushed out! He never identified himself. I went downstairs to the front and asked about him being in our room and the girl did not give me an answer and just said it was probably a worker? He did not look like a worker! The hallways were dirty and the units are very stark and no pictures on the walls. The appliances were out of order. We were not impressed at all!

Staff was super friendly and great spot located seconds to the boardwalk/beach. Nice amenities, the sunbathing chairs ready for us on the beach and towels always available at reception. Must add the coffee shop made great cappuccinos and lattes. Fantastic week in general ☀️

Excellent location near the south end of the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Very clean facility. Spacious room. QUIET air conditioning. Friendly staff. Price was reasonable. Nice restaurants right across the street! Short walk to the Water Taxi. Would certainly recommend this hotel/resort.

The rooms were clean. The furniture showed signs of age. Scuffed. The staff were mostly helpful. The rooftop view is gorgeous. Worth stopping for a drink. Bakery on ocean drive is worth it.
