Check in process felt unsafe. The unit was dirty and run down. There was a thick layer of dust on the fans, and the vent for the AC filter. Under the bed there was tons of dirt, dust, and trash including disposable shot glasses. There was a medicine bottle in a drawer. The fridge smelled bad and was full of food debris, the oven was dirty as well. I needed to use the oven to prepare food for a baby shower and was unable to use it because it was so disgusting. There was a dirty, dry towel in the oven on top of aluminum foil. This is months of build up of dust and not cleaning. Where is the cleaning fee going? I mentioned to the host that the unit was dirty and I never got an acknowledgment. The beds in the room with the bunk bed are broken, and sink. The top bunk is unsafe. All the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The ceiling over the dining table is cracked and looks like it’s caving. The furniture out back is old, broken, and run down. I would never stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone, not even for the view.
