We had an amazing stay. The house is in a great location - less than 1.4 miles walking to the beach. Safe neighborhood - close to grocery store and restaurants. Beautiful outdoor space with pool. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, super relaxing getaway

We traveled to FL with our teenage sons so they could attend a summer camp. We loved this home. It was the perfect size for all of us to have our own space and the several common areas were wonderful for being together. The best park was the backyard
the setting was so peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again. Karina was an excellent communicator and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Property was exactly as advertised, and we loved all of the restaurant options at the Cove a third of a mile away.

Deerfield of Dreams

This house had everything we needed. From the comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a spacious living/kitchen area. The pool in the backyard was well-kept and much appreciated in the hot sun. In addition to the house, everything you’d need for a beach excursion (short drive to the oceanfront) was provided, including beach towels, chairs, toys, and umbrella. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

This place is the real deal!!

I booked this property awhile ago so I was getting nervous that there hadn’t been any recent reviews. There is no reason to worry! This property is everything other positive ratings have said and truly matches the pictures/description. The home was extremely clean (& I have high standards), the amenities made it real easy to relax and feel at home, and the backyard is your own private oasis. Karina was extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout the entire process. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Deerfield Beach area!

Great location

This location was easy to get to shopping or the beach. Less than 10 minutes to the beach and restaurants. Master bedroom wasn't very big. Not enough outlets for devices in bedroom. This is a beautiful property, but there were so many rules about what to do and what not to do, that it made it hard to relax and enjoy the home.

‘50s era ranch, with a beautifully modern kitchen addition and backyard oasis. What a great time! It seems that most (perhaps all) of the neighbors are full time residents, so weekdays are very quiet. It’s an easy 25 minute walk to the beach (35 minutes if the drawbridge is up) with little traffic and lots of sidewalks. On Deerfield Beach you’ll find a number of beachside bar & grill restaurants, a few tourist shops and a fishing pier. Very family friendly, even during Spring Break. Try nearby Pop’s Fish Market for fresh local seafood. Publix is nearby, but there is also a great little Ideal Food Market across from Pop’s that has a fantastic Cuban and Puerto Rican flare. The highlight of course is the pool and hot tub. Take a Carl Hiaasen book, a cool drink and plenty of sunscreen. You may be occasionally disturbed by a few playful squirrels running along the fence, colorful butterflies and mockingbirds. There are plenty of towels (both shower and beach towels), soap and shampoo. There are a few laundry pods and dishwasher pods provided. Great home-like atmosphere! We wouldn’t change a thing.

Fabulous Home with all the amenities!

Beautiful backyard with pool and hot tub. Lots of space in the living and kitchen area! Close to the downtown area. Owner was easy to work with too!

Overall was good

Karina, was very responsive so that was a plus. But we arrived on a Monday at 4pm as discussed my boys were excited to get in the pool, to our disappointment it had not been cleaned. Regardless of Florida weather changing quickly it would have been nice for that to have been done. Karina did have the pool cleaner out the following day but that was lost time to enjoy the beginning of the vacation, I then asked about the community pool that was listed in the description which was no longer an option. Another concern with the pool is that it is scheduled to be cleaned only 1 time a week, a skimmer is there along with a brush but a vacuum is needed or more frequent cleaning as the amount of vegetation which is beautiful but a lot ends up in the pool, that is difficult to get out without a vacuum. At arrival my boys were excited to find the bunk beds from the description and pictures only to be disappointed that there were no such bunk beds present, so the pictures are obviously out of date and should be updated, but are still good enough to show the cleanliness and updated decor. Unless you want a 20min walk to the beach you’ll be driving, which is less than 5mins. Convenient location to Publix to pick up food for grilling or any items you may have forgotten. Would I stay again yes, Karina was great at getting back to us, definitely a vacation for many reasons my boys will always remember. In conclusion a few small updates of pictures, description and more frequent pool cleaning would be recommended.
