We stayed because it was close to the cruise port. The shuttle to the port was higher priced than what we were told, so we just ordered an Uber. Lots of food choices and shopping within walking distance. Staff was extremely polite and helpful.

About an hour after I unsettled and unpacked my bags, I saw a roach crawling on the floor of the hotel room. I killed it and did not want to have to change rooms, but in the middle of the night I heard knocking on my door and when I turned on the lights to see who was at my door, I saw a lizard about 4 inches long on the floor of my hotel room, which caused extreme distress. I am super disappointed in the cleanliness of my hotel, which does not match ratings/reviews.
