For the price, the accommodations were subpar. The hotel’s in an unsafe area, the staff didn’t seem to care much about client service because they had me waiting 40 minutes on a line for check in, brunch was incredibly overpriced at $40 per person, and it just wasn’t worth the cost.

Very scary area-bums,beggars just not safe. Daughter and son walked three doors up to pick pizza up and man inbush scared her and stared her down. Stay in room once it gets dark! Do not recommend area at all!

This hotel was adequate. Some of the paint and decor looked recently updated. Other things in room had some minor damage. Some of the staff were very helpful and friendly (Cory at the front desk, and Tomas the shuttle driver). Other staff were less helpful and seemed a bit stressedand grumpy. Overall, it was a mixed bag but I'd probably stay there again. The area for luggage storage for use before check in or after check out was helpful.
