Fully equipped with everything a family of 4 (2 parents, 2 young kids) plus grandparents needed for a quick overnight stay. We cooked a meal easily, used the pool (and saw they have beach towels and chairs in closet!), did our laundry from a week in The Keys, hung on the patio, watched a movie and slept well in the comfy king beds. We were a little confused about the parking (pro tip, before you go into garage get keys and fob from unit then park in any spot) and WiFi so had to message host who is super responsive. Location is great and within walking distance to many spots. Our only regret is not getting to try the gastropub up the street. Highly recommend and would definitely book again. Thanks Ryan!

The property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We had plenty of towels, and having a washer and dryer made it easy to keep everything fresh. The kitchen was stocked with basic dishes, silverware, and cookware, though we did notice a cookie sheet was missing. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and even beach towels were provided, which was a nice touch.We enjoyed the pool a few times—it was clean, quiet, and never crowded. The exercise room is small but has the essentials. There’s also a lovely rooftop area that’s perfect for watching the sunset. The building felt very secure, with a guard at the front desk at all times.There were a few minor inconveniences. The closet rod fell down the first night, which was a bit of a surprise, but we managed without it and arranged for it to be fixed after our stay. The bedroom didn’t stay as cool when the doors were closed, so we ran the fan at night to help circulate the air, which improved things somewhat. A few small additions—like hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms, a toilet paper holder, and a non-slip mat in the shower—would make the space even more comfortable.There is only one key fob for building access, so coordinating between guests took a little planning, though the front door code can be shared as a workaround.Ryan, the condo manager, was very responsive and helpful from booking through checkout, which really enhanced the experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would recommend this property.

This property is clean and as depicted in the photos. The building is in good shape and on a good block. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped and modern. The terrace is a great bonus. The fitness center is also solid. The host is friendly and responsive. I’d rent it again.

Great location - Plenty of room

Loved this 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with balcony. Only 25 minutes to Hard Rock Stadium (daughter had Taylor Swift ticket), my sister & I dropped her off and had fun on Hollywood Blvd. & roof top on Hollywood Beach. Safe secure building. Make sure you use # when you get the door code from host. Super clean, newer construction.
