DESCRIPTION
Our mission is to provide an incredible house, paired with an incredible service, so our guests have an incredible experience. Our reviews show it, you will not be disappointed! This home is private meaning you are renting the ENTIRE home without any shared spaces. Location is on a nice residential street, and centrally located in the city within a 5-10 minute drive to beaches, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and attractions. Have comfort walking into this space knowing it is meticulously cleaned and sanitized after every guest. We provide a FULLY STOCKED home, see details below. Your reservation is secure: we have never cancelled on a guest and this is a licensed home, meaning we have all the required licenses to operate as a vacation rental with the city, county and state.

HEATED POOL
The pool is always heated to 80°F/27°C , which is normal pool temperature. If you would like, we can increase to 90°F/32°C for an additional $25 per day to cover additional energy use. Please let us know in advance if you would like this increase made.

BASIC HOUSE RULES
• No events or gatherings
• No visitors or vendors unless approved
• Outdoor quiet hours start at 9pm
• No outdoor music past 9pm
• No parking on street or grass
• No smoking in the house

We do our absolute best to accommodate guests with an incredible home and service, which is why we have such great reviews. We understand things in the home break from normal use and we do not charge for this. The last thing we do is nickel and dime guests on fees under $100. However, if a guest causes significant damages or interrupts other guests check in / check out times, we do charge in the following circumstances. Please note 99% of our guests are respectful and do not incur fines.
- Clogged sewage in need of plumber: $250 (in most cases)
- Unapproved late check out: $250 per hour
- Unapproved guests beyond the listing max: $100 per day, per guest
- Unapproved pets: $100 per day, per pet
- Smoking in the home: $500
- Significant damage in home caused by guest: price varies

LIABILITY
All guests staying at the property understand that use of this rental property in Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33334 is at your own risk. The guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the host & owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the premises and waive and release owner, agents, and employees from any liability and/or claim for personal injury, property damage, or death that may arise from Guest’s use of the facility regardless of cause, even if such cause can be associated in any way by the acts or failures to act of the owner, or any of its agents, or employees in the installation, adjustment, inspection, maintenance and/or rental of the property, or from guest’s use of the property. Guests accepts total responsibility for any and all injuries or damages of any kind which may result from any reason in the use of premises, and it is the Guest’s intention to hold harmless the owners for any injury sustained by Guest or anyone else, regardless of cause, while using the premises. Guests assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge this constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host. By completing your reservation you have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Liability Waiver.

Quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood. Large driveway that can fit 5 cars if parked efficiently. The city does not allow street parking.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:

1-2 Hour Early Check-In: Only possible if the cleaners get done early the day of your arrival. Message or text me the morning of check-in if you would like an update if the cleaners finish early. If text, please include your name and the house number.

>2 Hour Early Check-In: Only available if another guest is not booked the night before. The night before will need to be blocked off to accommodate this, there will be a fee associated. Please message me ASAP if you would like this option.

Late Check Out: Only available if another guest is not booked on the same day. The day will need to be blocked off to accommodate this, there will be a fee associated. Please message me ASAP if you would like this option.

I live 15 minutes away from the property and am always available by phone. We strive for all of our guests to have a 5-star stay!
