The entire building is 'Tired'. The door to my room was barely able to lock and you could see the hallway where it was in need of repair. it needs lots of attention and up-grades. Breakfast was average. Staff were great. The airport shuttle could not be relied on if you were pressed for time. It was late for several pick-ups and even broke down that then needed another vehicle to transport us. All in all I would not stay at this hotel

The room was clean and comfortable, lobby was clean and attractive, patio lovely. Nice views and lots of critters around to view and entertain your eyes. The pool was shut down for renovations, so we thought that the price should have reflected the elimination of a major amenity. There a only one (very slow!) elevator, so going up and down takes a long time. Those were our only complaints (loss of a star), which were relatively minor. I would definitely stay there again.

Check in was for 1500. Room was not ready till 1530. Took my time yesterday to pre-check in with IS, CC AND all info requested. Stated this would save time. Clerk still Needed my ID, and CC ON ARRIVAL so now I was Agrivated yesterday and today for a pre-pain room. I was less than happy 😔

Roomed smelled horrible the key card for my room had to be reset 3 times a day because it stopped working.elevator stopped working paid wifi wasnt working. All around terrible experience i will never return to this hotel ever again it should actually be closed down
