Our air conditioner wasn’t working. It had been 92 degrees that day. They said they would get us another room with some accommodations for the handicapped. We had booked weeks in advance. They couldn’t find one so they offered us 40% off to sleep in a room with no air conditioning! They finally comped the room but we couldn’t sleep it was so hot and we were so tired after traveling. Who puts a handicapped room on the sixth floor of a hotel???!!! What if there was a fire? How could the handicapped person get down six flights of stairs? Never again.

One thing I didn't like about the hotel establishment is the toilet stool that's in the rooms. Hotel bathrooms need to be remodeled
