Charges for early check in, charges for WiFi, and doesn’t offer airport shuttles before 7am. Hotel smelled like mildew. First rooms door was broken had to get a new room. No towels by the pool we had to use our rooms towels. I mean who knows might have been charged for extra towels too if we had asked. Staff were all very nice no problems with them. Just the nickel and dime policies

Staff was great. Got us checked in early and we were able to check out late with out any addition cost. Air Port shuttle was also provided at no cost and cruise port shuttle for $15 per person.

Don’t stay here. Spend a couple extra bucks and go someplace else. This place is dirty, loud, and an inconvenient location (which I didn’t realize when I booked it). Dirty. The room was cleaned by the staff, but there is ground in dirt on the carpet, doors, and shower. It needs to be deep cleaned. Loud. The hallways are 1/2 carpet and 1/2 tile, so anytime a cart of any sort is run down the hall it makes a big slam sound when the wheels transition from carpet to tile. Location. The location is inconvenient if you want to walk to get something to eat. This hotel is sort of an island onto itself (not literally). The patio in the back is nice but it doesn’t justify staying here.

The check in was slow due to only 1 person on the front desk. The rooms were clean and the hotel quiet. It is nice being located along the river. The breakfast was very crowded and they ran out of things and slow with replenishing the items. They do have a shuttle to the cruise port for $15 per person.

Hotel was very dated In spite of paying over $200 glad we were staying only one night before our cruise First ourTV wasn't working they asked us to switch rooms at 8 PM Not enough electrical outlets to plug-in phones, and my hearing aid charger and had to unplug lamps Carpet needed cleaning or replacing The breakfast area was dirty and the one person manning the breakfast stations had a hard time keeping up and just keeping up and the coffee pot full
