The location and condo and views were amazing. The responsiveness to questions, both prior to the stay and during the stay were delayed. And some of the accessories (specifically bath toiletries) were not at all up to the standard of the condo itself. Lastly, there was no communication about trash pickup, cleaning, or getting new towels
