The place was not in a nice area. I booked the place( I though it was a hotel yet it was just an apartment building in the middle of a neighborhood) for my elderly aunt and uncle. When they pulled up in a taxi at night the neighborhood didn't look safe and they were expecting a hotel so they continued on and got a different place to stay.

I couldn’t find the door to this “hotel” which was poorly lit and I did not receive proper instructions. It gave me a very bad feeling being here. The parking was extremely unclear. This is a shared unit. I did not feel safe and did not end up staying here at all. I had to go elsewhere for my well being and safety. It took two hours to figure out where I was even supposed to go. DO NOT STAY HERE.
