The home features several bedrooms, 13 beds, and 4 bathrooms, thoughtfully laid out to provide both privacy and convenience. Several bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, while the hallway bathroom is easily accessible to the remaining rooms.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION
The health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are our top priority. We use a thorough 50-point cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in fees for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS
Please treat our home as your own. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed to preserve the home for future guests.
★ HOUSE RULES FOR PETS (Including Emotional Support Animals):
Pets are welcome with a $300 pet fee per stay.
Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, furniture, or in the swimming pool.
Pets must not be left unattended inside the property unless crated.
Guests must ensure pets do not disturb neighbors (e.g., excessive barking). Repeated noise complaints may result in early checkout without a refund.
Pets must be on a leash in shared or outdoor areas.
Guests must properly dispose of pet waste in designated trash bins.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets inside and outside the property.
Any damages, excessive shedding, urine stains, or lingering pet odors may result in additional cleaning fees or deductions from the security deposit.
Service animals are exempt from pet fees but must comply with all behavior and cleanliness rules.
★ TOW-AWAY ZONE
Street parking is strictly prohibited. Any vehicle parked on the street is subject to immediate towing at the owner’s expense.
The property driveway can accommodate a maximum of 4 cars (depending on vehicle size). This limit is strictly enforced.
Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.
★ NO RV, & NO BOATS, NO TRAILERS
Local ordinance does not allow this until further notice.
Occupancy Disclosure
Guests must disclose the number of people on the property at any time to comply with local laws and VRBO policies.
Security Cameras
There is one camera facing the street/driveway for security purposes. There are NO cameras inside the house—we respect our guests’ privacy.
Noise Alert Device
To comply with local noise ordinances and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device is installed.
This device measures decibels only and does NOT record or store sound.
Alerts are sent if reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
POOL SAFETY FENCE
For the safety and security of all occupants and visitors, the pool fence installed on the premises must remain in place at all times. Guests expressly agree not to remove, disable, alter, or otherwise interfere with the pool fence or any of its components under any circumstances. Any such action shall constitute a material breach of the rental agreement and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
By booking this property, Guests acknowledge and accept that the pool fence is a mandatory safety feature and agree to assume all liability for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the removal, alteration, or misuse of the pool fence. The Owner and Management shall not be held responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the Guest’s failure to comply with this requirement.
