Welcome to Florida’s Yacht capital of the World. Enjoy this cozy 1 bed 1 bath completely renovated unit featuring central A/C, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and more which has been tastefully decorated and fully furnished with a modern-chic vibe for your enjoyment. It is conveniently located within 10 mins from the airport, Cruise Port, famous Las Olas Blvd, restaurants, nightlife and beautiful Ft Lauderdale beaches or by just enjoying peace of mind by the pool.

Unit fits max 2 adults and 2 kids.

No parties or gatherings are allowed in the unit or pool area. Unit is being cleaned and sanitized after every guests checks out.
NO SMOKING: tobacco, marijuana or other substances in the unit.

Fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, silverware, utensils such as whisker, can opener, measuring cups, cutting boards, food storage containers.

Clean Cozy Little House Apt

The place is immaculate, and comfortable. All the needs were met away from home, beach nearby and Las Olas downtown easy to get to. Jessica our host was very responsive to our questions, and check in and checkout was easy. Nice pool in back for dipping our foot in. Paid laundry on premise was great too.

This was one of my favorites locations with VEBO. Jessica was very friendly, and responsive. It is within walking distance to fun places like Hulf Stream, and Milk money. We had a quick drive or Lyft to midtown and the beach. The pool area was quaint, but refreshing none the less.

Great place! Perfect for two people.

Really enjoyed staying here. The location was fantastic, very close to the beach, activities, food, etc. On a main road, but really quiet inside and private. The pool was nice to have after a long day on the beach. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Everything was great!

Jessica is fantastic about communicating everything we might need to know and answering my additional questions. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. In addition to the normal kitchen items and linens, we were able to borrow towels and chairs for the beach. It was perfect for a quick getaway for my teenage daughter and me! Short drive to beaches, restaurants, shopping. Parking is easy, the neighborhood is safe, easy check-in.

This property was very sweet and cozy. Very nice size for a couple alone or with 1child. The unit was very clean and tasteful. We found this little gem that was far from the chaos but close enough to the all weekend event! The house was great and it had just about everything we needed! Besides low shower pressure, our stay couldn’t be more perfect! Jessica was super responsive when we had questions and really made the property feel like it was our home. Lovely, clean, quiet. Just amazing

It was so lovely. It felt like being home. Even the neighbors were nice. The couch was a little small to stretch out on but that's to be expected when your husband is 6'7". It was clean, smelled fresh and had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay there again.

Modest little getaway

The property was just as described. It was a small 1 bedroom with a pull out couch which was perfect for 3 of us- 2 adults and 1 child. I loved the semi-private pool area, full kitchen and table that was extremely helpful working remotely. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.
