We really liked the short walk to the beach, which was very convenient, plus lots of good food options close by. We liked the little kitchen from which we made our breakfasts and snacks. Unfortunately due to some remodeling projects in the back, we were not able to use the grill like we had planned. We really loved the pool, which was nice and warm and very well-maintained. The beautiful landscaping in the back area around the pool made it feel like a little hidden tropical paradise!! The only main drawback in the unit was that there was not any ventilation in the bathroom, so whenever someone took a shower, it got very humid. For the kitchen, I would recommend providing a roll of paper towel and some dishcloths. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

It literally took an hour and a half to get some one on the property to check me and my 3 young children in. We stood outside the office the entirety of that time having to use the bathroom and get some rest after driving 24hrs straight to make it to Florida. Horrible customer service, there is no garden it’s all under construction lmao a waste of time and peace of mind, find somewhere else that cares about their paying customers.

Absolutely beautiful place. Outdated but very clean and enjoyed our stay. Will go back for sure. Our fire detector batteries went off over night but maintenance called and we took care of it easily.

I’m on the fence about this property. Pro’s: Close to Pompano Beach (5 min walk), restaurants and pharmacy also very close by. Size of unit was good with two bedrooms and 3 televisions. Unit was relatively clean and somewhat updated. We had no issues with noise while we were there. Communication with property was ok (via text). The pool was nice with a nice waterfall feature (although it was turned off each day before 4pm when the pool is open until 8pm). There is laundry on site for a fee (must purchase a $10 laundry card from a third party and then it’s an extra $2 to wash and $2 to dry). No key cards required as each door has a combination code to open. Cons: Kind of feels like a motel. Updates to unit feel like they were rushed, dishwasher didn’t work, we found a couple of fairly large bugs in the unit, there was a rat glue trap clearly visible in the ceiling tiles and the unit was fairly humid. There was also clearly a dog in our unit before we arrived as I found clumps of dog hair under the living area coffee table. It’s not a bad place for your money but nothing special. Also there doesn’t appear to be a front desk on property. I communicated with the buildings management only through text. Check-in starts at 4pm and I was told the “front office” was only open until 5pm, but never located the office during our stay. It’s also in a little bit of a weird area with a few parking lots surrounding the “resort”. Overall good stay but not great.

Difficile incontrare personale all'arrivo, la stanza non è stata pulita per tutto il soggiorno, attrezzi di cucina vecchi e insufficienti, vi erano piccolissime formiche in cucina, con un paio di scarafaggi. Utilizzare la lavatrice è molto complicato. Al check Out, non mi è stata data nessuna fattura, ho dovuto richiederla x teléfono ed mi è arrivata con una somma più bassa da quella da me anticipata, con numero di Carta che non sono mie!? Devo verificare cosa sta accadendo !!

Property close to the beach, stores, restaurants, walkable. The people that works at the office very nice and their staff too. Very accommodating. The place is been renovated, we got one of the renovated room, clean, spacious. The office is not open all day M-F, seems they have another property and the office staff run from one place to the other, this was a bit of inconvenience. Overall I will stay there again. Thank you!

Very comfortable 3 night stay. Approx 3 blocks from the ocean, 5-7 minute walk. We appreciated the heated pool, beach towels, shampoo and body wash. Grounds are well maintained with tropical plants and aesthetics. Good amount of parking spaces. Recommend bringing your own pillow, coffee & filters, conditioner. Staff not there 24/7 so just plan accordingly and don’t be a diva- they are very kind and accommodating. Great value for the price!

Okay stay

Location was great, room was renovated but not well done. Looked more like DIY renovation. Cleanliness was just better than average. However, worse was a restaurant dumpster right behind the hotel. Saturday night it was very loud while the restaurant staff opened the noisy gate blocking the appearance of the dumpster, then loudly tossing the trash into the empty dumpster, and loudly talking/joking while working. I realize this isn’t the hotel staff or anything but if you are a light sleeper be prepared to be awoken from 11 PM to midnight. The heated pool was a pleasant surprise.
