Hard to complain, almost perfect. Only complaint is the pool is down wind of the smoking area is so pool exercise is limited. There is a pool area shower but it is unusable

Front desk staff is awesome! They were fun and made check in quick and easy. We were early and they let us store our luggage. Pool/breakfast area is very nice. Hot tub was great. Free shuttle to FLL was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Sheets were dirty. It looked and felt like there was sand in the sheets. Makeup on the pillow cases. Not very clean at all. The bed was very hard too. The air conditioner had this massive squeak to it when it would cycle off and we had to turn it off. It sounded like you were strangling an animal. The entire room was not very clean at all. Told the staff at the front desk and what so hot was “Oh sorry”. I would have asked for a different room but we arrived very late at night and had already changed into our pajamas. We called for their free shuttle from the airport to the hotel which took over an hour to arrive. The original driver was supposed come get us but went home instead. I call the hotel back and asked where our driver was told they would send someone to get us. Most of the Hotels charge $8-12 per person to catch a shuttle to the cruise port and their fee was $20 per person so we called an Uber which was $14. SpringHill has seen the last of us.
