An engineer came and did something to get it started so that it was not suffocating. The room was meant for deaf clients and was at the intersection of several highways and was beside a huge sign that lit the room. There was no hairdryer in the room and the iron and ironing board needed attention. Because we were booked for two nights, we asked to move to another room. Her coworker told her that she wasn't listening and that I was trying to get her name to thank her. She said "I dont know her name, shes just a cleaner". I was shocked. there are at least two of these front desk women that need some further training in customer service and communication skills. I found rewarded cleaners
