The short of it, i would never stay at this particular location again.

After a long day of traveling i wanted to get into bed and rest, pulled back the covers and their was a sirty towel lodged in-between the sheets. Went to front desk showed them a picture. I was promised Marriot point that would equal a free night stay.
Night time housekeeping came to the room to change out all the bedding. Whilst he was cleaning he say another stained piece of bedding. He rook a picture ro show feomt desk. Front desk assured that they would speak to the housekeeping supervisor in the morning to see who was responsjble for the cleaning of the room prior to check in.
Next day, after much needed rest my husband insoects the room further and realized the door hinge was falling off, bathroom sink is rusted ...amongst other things.
I go to front desk, explain the previous night situation and this... a room change is given.
In the new room AC barely workers, wifi was spotty, and the ironing board collaped multiple times while using it
The manager of this property needs to take a look at their cleanliness protocols. In our three night stay the garabge was never taken out. Other guests resorted to placing their garabage outside their doors to get the attention of staff to take it out.
I was quite confused as to why a room with a kitchentte would not have basic cutlery, dish soap and paper towel. I never experienced this before and was quite surprised.
