If you are driving, it is tricky to find, the GPS brings you to the wrong spot. The toilet was broken in the room. The evening staff was a little gruff, just an average night.

Very, very basic facilities which would be fine if we weren’t charged more than $300 USD/night. This price was clearly inflated to take advantage of arriving cruise passengers. Highway robbery for what was offered. This property clearly caters to travellers passing through via cruise ship or airport but has totally inadequate capacity to safely store luggage while waiting for check-in. Stiff, thin, ill-fitting and cheap bedding made a good night sleep difficult. Not even close to being worth what I paid.

Overall, the property was ok, nothing special. In and out. Staff was nice and very friendly. Once checked in, the room was average, but there were used tissue left on the bathroom sink and the garbage wasn't thrown out, which left a bad impression.

We had a less than good experience at the best Western so we moved to the Hilton Tru and had a great experience, I will be staying at more Hilton properties in the future. PS. My wife absolutely loved the soaps & lotion amenities, she says every hotel should have the “not soap, radio” brand products for their guests.
