Your own pool. Your own house. Seven minutes to the Guitar Hotel. Villa Coral is a private 3-bedroom home in Hollywood with a sparkling pool, palm-shaded patio, and quiet streets — room for six, a bedroom for everyone, and a real home base for your South Florida weekend.
3-bedroom main house and its outdoor spaces — including the living room, kitchen, dining area, all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the patio, and the private pool. The home is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
A few honest things to know before you book:
This is a real residential neighborhood. Villa Coral is a single-family home on a quiet, lived-in street in central Hollywood. Expect normal neighborhood sounds — neighbors coming and going, occasional lawn equipment during the day, and the activity of a nearby school and place of worship. You'll also enjoy what makes this neighborhood good: shaded streets, friendly neighbors, and the kind of quiet most Hollywood condos can't offer.
Outdoor security cameras. For the safety of guests and the property, there are exterior security cameras at the front entrance / driveway and in the pool area. They cover outdoor common areas only. There are no cameras inside the home, in the bedrooms, in the bathrooms, or in any private space. Locations and coverage are fully disclosed per Airbnb policy.
Background screening — please read before booking. Per City of Hollywood Vacation Rental Ordinance §119.39, this property cannot be rented to or occupied by any person convicted of a violation of Florida Statutes §§ 794.011, 800.04, 827.071, or 847.0145 (or equivalent sex offense in any other state, federal court, or military tribunal) in which the victim was under 16 years of age. All registered occupants are subject to a brief background screening before check-in, and the lead guest's full legal name is verified at booking. If a booking is found to be in violation of this ordinance, the reservation will be canceled without refund and reported to the City of Hollywood. Please do not book if this applies to you or any member of your party — it protects everyone's time.
South Florida weather. Summer months (June – October) are hot, humid, and bring frequent afternoon thunderstorms — usually short, sometimes intense. Hurricane season runs June 1 through November 30. We monitor weather closely and will reach out if any tropical system may impact your stay.
Pool experience. The pool is great year-round but not heated, so winter temperatures (December – February) can be cooler than expected. Pool service is scheduled weekly; you may see our technician briefly during your stay — they will not enter the home.
Bug life. This is Florida. Even in well-maintained homes, you may occasionally see small lizards (they're harmless and helpful), ants, or palmetto bugs — especially after heavy rain. We treat the property regularly. Please keep doors closed and trash sealed.
Wi-Fi and streaming. Fast Wi-Fi is included throughout the home. Smart TVs are set up for guests to log into their own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) — please remember to log out before checkout.
Cleaning and supplies. The home is professionally cleaned before every stay. We provide starter quantities of bath essentials, paper goods, dish soap, and laundry detergent — enough for the first few days. For longer stays, plan to restock from the nearby grocery store (we'll point you to the closest one in your welcome guide).
Cars only. This is a residential street with limited turning radius. Standard cars, SUVs, and small trucks fit in the driveway. Oversized vehicles (RVs, large trailers, work trucks) cannot be accommodated.

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. This is a strict limit. The home is licensed by the City of Hollywood with a posted occupancy cap, and additional guests cannot be added day-of. Please include all guests, including children and infants, in your booking count.

In line with Airbnb's global policy, no parties of any kind are permitted. This includes bachelor / bachelorette events, birthday parties, or any gathering of non-registered guests. We screen carefully and verify at check-in.
Noise monitoring. This property uses Minut — a privacy-safe noise level monitor that measures sound decibels only. It does not record audio or video. The device alerts our team to noise that exceeds neighborhood-friendly levels, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM). Repeated alerts may result in early termination of the stay without refund, per City of Hollywood ordinance.
Pool use.
The pool is for the exclusive use of registered guests, at their own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. No glass in the pool area, no diving in shallow areas, and please keep pool gates closed.
Smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and on the covered patio. A $250 cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected indoors. You may smoke outside on the open driveway or yard, away from doors and windows.
No pets. This is a pet-free property to protect guests with allergies. Service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome — please mention in advance.
Sex offender registry screening (Hollywood VRL §119.39). This property is licensed by the City of Hollywood and is located within 1,000 feet of a place where children regularly congregate (school, daycare, park, playground, or similar facility).
