3rd Street @ Old San Carlos Boulevard. Filled with restaurants, shops, and nightlife, only a short walk to the sandy shores! Perfect for families or small groups, this retreat ensures a comfortable, convenient vacation.
This space is a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom bottom-floor unit located in downtown Fort Myers Beach.
There are two queen beds, one of which is pull-out, and two twin beds.
The property offers a private terrace (furnished, photos not updated yet!) and is within easy walking distance to Old San Carlos Boulevard, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The property is located right off the main strip on a quieter street, next to the marina.
The property includes a dedicated parking spots for your convenience. This location is ideal for those looking to explore the local area without needing a car, offering a comfortable and accessible base for your visit.
Height Warning: The unit has 7-foot ceilings. There is a lowered section between the kitchen and living room that acts as a divider—guests over 6 feet may need to duck when passing through.
