Great kid friendly house

This was a great house with a great location, not far from the beach access with the crosswalk being at the end of the street. The house was very accommodating for both children and dogs, providing pretty much everything we needed. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Family getaway

Renting this house was one of the choices we’ve made when traveling. Our group was 5 guests- 2 couples and a child. Starting with the host- she was super responsive and easy to work with. Flexible and accommodating. The house itself was pretty great. Starting with the outside it has a nice driveway with ample shaded parking. The landscaping was really cute and we were delighted to find the pathway lit at night. The pool in the back was just perfect. There was plenty of seating options in the shade and in the sun. We contributed to the pool toys but there was a tube and a floating lounge available for use along with pumps. We saw the grill but opted to DoorDash instead. Don’t forget there is a shower outside WITH hot water if needed to rinse off after the beach. And a wagon and lots of chairs to use at the beach!Inside we found a well decorated beach vibe house with high ceilings and nice light. Kitchen well appointed- even had an electric kettle. Plenty of room for our group. It was SO nice to have the washer and dryer available. There were some toys and games which was nice. I saw a few books too. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. Our favorite part was the proximity to the beach. It reallly is only A 2 minute walk so there’s no excuse not to catch a beautiful sunset. We will definitely consider this rental the next time we visit FMB. It was a great stay.

Wonderful Property & Experience

Our family of 3 generations including a 7 and 5 year old , really enjoyed this property!! It is as described. With kids that age, we sure got our money’s worth from the pool. And if you’re concerned about too much sun, no worries - plenty of shade and places to relax by the pool. The floor plan is family friendly and open. I found the front, screened in porch a lovely spot to escape the hoopla and drink my coffee and read. It’s a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The beach is a short walk away and goes on forever and lots of shells to fascinate the little ones. Around the area there are plenty of reminders of the devastating hurricane from almost 3 years ago. Makes you appreciate all the more this lovely property. Great communication with the property manager. We would return to Blue Lagoon, for sure!Thank you, Gabriela!!

Toddler Trip

We had an absolutely amazing stay! I highly recommend staying at this house if you bring a toddler along, they have all of the necessities and more. The beach is two minutes away and the pool and backyard space are a true oasis. We miss it already!

Blue Lagoon on Ft Myers Beach

We returned to this property for the second year in a row because we liked it so much! Gabriela is a very accommodating host and was always quick to respond to any communication we had with her. The immaculate property was perfect for our family including a 19 month old! Being mid-island made it very easy to get to the beach and walk around if we wanted to. We really felt at home while staying here! The pool in the back was an added bonus! We loved every minute of our time here and would highly recommend Blue Lagoon to anyone wanting to make beautiful memories on Ft Myers Beach!

Family getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a great home to relax with plenty of privacy around the pool area. We also traveled with a toddler and we loved having the undercover area by the pool for him to hang out out of the sun.The location of the property was also convenient as we tend to make multiple trips to the grocery store while on the island and it was only a couple of minutes away. Great mother/daughter vacation

Lovely property with an awesome pool and backyard. We spent hours in the pool relaxing, listening to music and reading our books. Grocery and restaurants all close and convenient. Beds comfortable and house very clean. A lot of construction around the property and the island overall, but it didn’t bother us.

Loved it, great location, lovely house

Very nice and clean property in a great location. About 2.5km from the centre of Fort Myers which is a nice walk along the beach front. Close enough but also nicely down the road to enjoy the quieter beaches. Pool is a nice size for the occasional cool down after using the sun trap of a garden! Beds are large and comfy. Everythjng you need for a relaxing beech break. Really enjoyed it and will try to return!

While the weather was less than ideal for our week at the beach the house was awesome! It rained just about every day. The house has a great location tho so it was a very easy walk to the beach in between rainstorms to look for shells. Pool is super awesome and the host was very quick to respond to our requests.

Vacation

The property was as described, cute and good space for 4 adults, 1 teenager, and even our small dog. It’s good to see the community rebuilding but with that comes constant construction noise from morning to eve, we were gone most of those hours so it wasn’t too bothersome for us. The beds were a little hard for us but maybe not for others. It is a 2-3 min walk to beach, the wagon, chairs, and umbrella were an added bonus. Publix was a few minutes down the street which is nice and we also enjoyed local food trucks, Doc Fords, and Dixie’s. The owner responds quickly to everything.

Beautiful Blue Lagoon house!

Our girls trip was wonderful! Despite the 90 to 100 degree weather, we were close to the beach and also had a cool pool to relax in. The house was super clean and accommodated all us 5 women comfortably. Any issues we had, were answered promptly by the owner. We would definitely stay here again! Perfect spot!

House was clean with everything we needed. 💯 would stay here again! Beautiful place. Construction is booming on repairs in the area and was happy to see it! We will be back Fort Myers!

Spring break with 2 kids

We loved our recent stay at the blue lagoon. The location was great for getting to the beach, it was a short walk that we did easily even with a toddler and a 4 year old. The host was responsive and helpful and the pool area is wonderful with lots of shady seating and sunny lounge chairs. The house had a clean pack n play, a booster, a high chair, and lots of floaties and beach toys. The area is definitely still being rebuilt so lots of construction on the other homes and buildings in FMB and a lot of traffic heading into the main downtown area, but the noise wasn’t too bad and it was only during daytime hours.
