Inside, the open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area offers a seamless blend of coastal charm and modern convenience, featuring a large flat-screen streaming TV, leather seating, and sliding glass doors that open back to the deck. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, updated appliances including a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with five stools, while the dining table seats up to five guests. The primary suite, entered through elegant glazed French doors, includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, desk for remote work, and a spa-like ensuite with twin vanities, a tub/shower combo, and a large walk-in closet. This may include construction noise, nearby building projects, increased traffic, or beach restoration efforts. We want to ensure transparency—construction is beyond our control, and we will not be offering compensation or refunds due to these conditions.
