We are opened for the season. Bonita Springs / Fort Myers Beach desirable Lover's Key Resort condo with beach access. New floors, new paint. New appliances. Large 800 square feet on the 6th Floor, Southwest corner. Features sun filled floor-to-ceiling windows, captivating stunning bay and gulf views. Full size kitchen with breakfast bar and a large bathroom with jacuzzi tub plus separate shower. Lovers Key Resort offers a bay front waterfall resort style pool & hot tub, fitness room, business office, laundry facilities, beach access, and the award winning Flippers on the Bay waterside restaurant & lounge. The location is situated close to all the attractions of Bonita Springs and Fort Myers, just a short drive or bike ride to a white sandy beach at Lovers Key State Park for nature and beach enthusiasts. Free Parking. No resort fees.

CURRENT STATUS: The major hurricane renovations have been completed, but you may experience ongoing maintenance. It’s a dynamic situation and we are not sure of what could be taking place during your stay. We encourage you to inquire about the current status as the time of your stay approaches. The Resort and amenities have been open for vacation rentals since November 2023.
Also, the bridge is under construction temporarily affecting some beach access, however, there is beach access as close as 1/4 mile away and Lovers Key Beach Park is less than 2 miles away. There is a common area patio on the water as well.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Mound Key Archaeological State Park. You'll find features such as an outdoor pool, a gym and 1 hot tub. Free WiFi and in-room jetted baths are available in the condo.

Very nice condo and complex. The unit was bright and airy, with updated furnishings and quality kitchen items. The bed was comfortable. Great room darkening curtains in the master. The bathroom is somewhat dated but in excellent condition. Compliments to the management team for their extremely responsive and accommodating service. We experienced a couple of minor hiccups (like user error on figuring out how to change volume on the remote), and they sent someone to help the next morning. They also let us know as soon as the unit was ready for early check in and obliged a late check out as the following reservation allowed. It was one of the best STR management experiences I’ve had. The condo complex felt updated and clean - including a lovely pool area. The pool was nice and warm with a relaxing waterfall feature, and the hot tub was hot! The balcony had a decent view. The fountain in the adjacent pond provided lovely white noise. We enjoyed the easy access this location offered to surrounding areas… no long bridge waits at this end of the island. We were able to get Target and Walmart deliveries right to the unit door. My only word of caution is for those who are sensitive to fragrances - all of the linens smelled strongly of fabric softener or detergent - but I know most people wouldn’t notice or mind that.

Everything was as advertised. There wasn’t enough hot water to fill the tub, so unusable, and the condo next door was doing major construction on and off the whole time. I know that’s not their fault, but not very relaxing at all.

Everything was great but the unit stays warm - 77 - 78 degrees - uncomfortable for us - owner is great, location is great - pictures are absolute reflective of the unit - unit is fully stocked

Family Birthday fun

It's just a very pleasant place. Everything worked and it was comfortable. The scene out the window is fantastic and we had a lot of fun with the family at the beach and in the pool. Restaurant is good too. Wouldn't change a thing. One piece of advice is not to park close to the building ... birds will bomb your car.

This property is just as described! Bed is very comfortable! All paper products, coffee, sugar, etc. were provided. Plenty of towels (including beach towels)!! Very close walk to the beach, boat rentals, etc. flippers restaurant is awesome!!

Little get away!
