Welcome to Dolphin Beach Retreat, your unique place in paradise! This newly remodeled property is located mid-island with the beach access just steps across Estero Boulevard. A quiet relaxing location for that desired getaway, yet just a short walk along the beach is a kiosk for jet-ski rentals, parasailing rides, and even dolphin tours along a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach.

Super convenient to the supermarket and an upscale bistro on the bay. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life.

The property has a fantastic lanai porch with ambient evening lighting that leads to the property entrance. The nicely furnished living area has comfy sofa, TV with Roku and YoutubeTV. Dining area finds a table seating 4, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily multi-course dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, and plenty of dresser space and an ensuite bathroom! The second bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to create a King.

Downstairs common area has a washer and dryer. There's a propane grill that is shared. All lower levels have evening ambient lighting and privacy lattice work surrounds this area. You'll also find parking space accommodating 2 vehicles.

There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sight seeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

Dogs restricted to 25 pounds or less, certain breeds restricted, and additional fees apply. Pets restricted to dogs only, no other pets allowed and penalties enforced. Excess cleaning charges may apply.

The AC worked excellently, the kitchen was nice and modern, and the water pressure in sinks and showers was fantastic. The only note I have about the stay is to include one more toilet paper roll. We were on the verge of running out completely.

The house was in a good location. Unfortunately we were there one of the coldest weeks in 25 years. Apparently heat is not available in most homes in the area. Thankfully the owners of the property had space heaters available for us to use. Two negatives about the property were the mattresses were very uncomfortable & the washer and dryer were located outside for several units to use.

Perfect Beachside Getaway

Two weeks of sun

So glad to be back at FMB. The property was what we needed and exactly the part of the island where we wanted to be. the kitchen was well stocked, and the property manager responded quickly and well to any concerns we had. Recommend this to others.

Overall not bad

When we arrived the front mini blinds were missing 75%of the shades, so no privacy. And the front screen door needs replaced, does not latch and continued to bang all night with the wind. The screen door cut the top of my foot the first night.Did reach out to owner and the blinds were replaced with curtains the next morning. Nothing was done with the door. Some floor tiles were coming up from the floor. Toaster caused the smoke alarm to go off when used. Place was clean and very convenient to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans.

Very disappointing stay

When we arrived there was garbage in the driveway that no one ever removed before the hurricane. This was a vehicle seat along with other junk. The pictures online were old photos the pictures online did not reflect the actual home. No one checked on the property after the hurricane. The washer and dryer were not working along with the wind destroyed the screen. There were ants and traps but the ant traps were filled.

Get away weekend

No complaints about property itself, it was good for that price. The issue that we had was quickly resolved by management. Kids were not happy with the beach quality, but there are better options available with an hour driving.

Disappointed I paid that amount!

The slider door wouldn’t lock. I reached out and was told how to lock a door. Last day they they sent property manager. Still wouldn’t lock. Screen door closure broke off. Bathroom cabinet door hinge fell off. The patio furniture was out dated and unstable. I am very aware of hurricane Ian and the damage it caused. But after two years they should either lower price or take off market until it’s ready.
