If you are looking to relax and have fun with the whole family in a stylish beach house, you found just the place! We are located on the beautiful Hutchinson Island. This is a great spot for fishing, boating, or just relaxing at the beach. Our home has everything you need for your perfect vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen.
With four spacious bedrooms, you and your guests will have plenty of room. We provide everything you need to have a great time, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and games.
Take a stroll to the beach or visit the Fort Pierce Inlet just a few miles away.

Great place for a quiet and warm break

We came down from Buffalo for a few days of warmth and relaxation and got exactly that. The place was perfect for us and 4 teenagers to relax, go to the beach and explore the area. Great experience!

Enjoyed our stay however house improvements are needed

The property is very nice but some repair is needed. Our refrigerator ice machine did not work. The beach chairs were unusable (broken). Cabinet door to garbage bin was coming off. Shed door was broken. Pool light was broken. The owner was very responsive to some other items...ie. coffee machine broke and was quickly replaced. We have stayed here before and it really is a spacious house in a good location. Just needs some repairs to be done.

Everything and more!

This property has absolutely everything you could possibly need. From dishes and cookware to baby items to pool towels you’ll want for nothing. With plenty of room, this exceptionally clean home provides a lovely family retreat. The backyard space and pool area are awesome too! It is southern Florida, so don’t forget your favorite bug spray and suncreen.We lived it!

Amazing House

This property is fantastic! close to everything, and yet when in the back yard you feel like you are in the tropics! House had everything you need and host was very prompt with replies! we wis our weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the amazing pool, but maybe next time. Our dog loved the fully fenced in yard!!!

Refuge in a stiorm

We flew the West Coast of Florida for the East due to Milton. Although there was still extreme weather at this location.the comfort and general ambience provided the break we were looking for. Good sized rooms spacious outside space and close proximity to beaches and parks. The communication with the host was excellent and much appreciated under the circumstance of an imminent storm. We will return to enjoy in better weather conditions.

Family getaway

Our family getaway included 6 adults and one young toddler. The beach was very rough and windy so we went to Jaycee park and swam in the Indian river which was nice. Lots of good restaurants nearby also. The house was very clean and roomy. Little problem with some plumbing in bathroom down the hall and back room was kind of warm. The pool was nice although there were no see ums biting us as well as some mosquitos even during the day. Could have been due to rainfall that was happening that weekend. But it was a pleasant stay overall.

Great family getaway

We stayed there with our son and daughter-in-law and our three grandchildren ages 8, 9 and 11. We all loved the pool and it was only a short walk to the beach. The grill was a nice addition and the amenities were wonderful. My grandchildren really loved the karaoke machine. We would definitely recommend this place and we would definitely stay there again.

Family holiday

Accommodations were great! We would suggest leaving more essentials, four rolls of toilet paper for seven people for three days is barely enough. A few extra towels would be great. We only had one per person. There were only two dishwasher pods and three laundry pods. There should be at least one dish washer pod for each day and check out day.

Our stay in this house

The house smelled really good. That’s a real fact. What we did not like was the mosquitoes. In my opinion the rental was very expensive for the stay at this house. The could not use the pool for an hour, there was so many insects and mosquitoes outside. We could not enjoy being outside in the pool and around the barbecue area.

Excellent house and location

We absolutely loved staying at this house. We were a few minutes walk to the beach and the bay. The house was appointed with everything we could need and the layout is perfect for a couple or a family. Our favorite part was the private pool! Would stay here again for sure!

Family Xmas Getaway

This was a great place to stay for a multi-generational Xmas getaway. Clean, lots of space and a beautiful backyard oasis that can be enjoyed rain or shine. The owner was excellent to communicate with. All of the beach equipment is provided. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location - Super Clean House

We spent a long weekend at the house, minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Mets Spring Training. House is very clean, spacious with a wonderful pool and yard area. We really loved the area and had a great time. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Place

I took a small vacation with my family and my dogs. The place is even better than the pictures. Super clean and Fernanda answers all your questions super fast. Great communication. We loved it and we hope to go back very soon.
