The Space:

This spacious 6000 sq. foot house features a private heated pool & hot tub, private balconies, two living rooms, large open kitchen with two dishwashers, and a foosball table.



FIRST FLOOR- 1 king bedroom with private bathroom, large kitchen/dining/living room, laundry room, and half bath

SECOND FLOOR- 1 king bedroom with private bathroom, 2nd king bedroom, bunk room, living room, kitchenette, full bathroom

THIRD FLOOR- 2 king bedrooms with private bathroom, 3rd king bedroom, bunk room, full bathroom

Great beach vacation

Great house for a group!

Very nice house with great amenities like a pool and hot tub. It was very nice to have the pool heated since we were there in March for spring break. The house has everything you need, except that you need to bring anything food related, including salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.

Perfect for a large group of adults!

Loved the location, easy access to anything you might need or want to do. The house itself was as described, although it is showing signs of wear and tear & needs a little deep cleaning attention at some point soon. Lots of things provided for convenience, however only two kitchen towels is quite annoying & very slim on bathroom towels. No shampoo/conditioner provided, just small bars of soap left at the sinks. 3 ride pods, 1 roll of paper towels, and two trash bags was definitely insufficient for a week of 14 adults, so be prepared to make a run upfront for necessities. The 10am check out time is kind of ridiculous, along with the cleaning lady walking in on us at exactly 10am as we were walking out the door (which we did t appreciate). Overall the house worked perfectly for our group. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, loved the pool and hot tub, and the beach location was stunning. We look forward to coming back.

Just Perfection!

The size of the living spaces gave our family of 15 all the room we needed! The walk out to the beach was perfect and even the grandchildren’s little legs got them there in no time at all! We’ve never had such easy access and the bite is breathtaking! Kitchen very well stocked with more than enough dishes, pans, and utensils for all! Everyone was impressed and excited to return someday!

The home was located right on the beach and it was also conveniently around grocery stores and restaurants which made it easier! The home was also beautiful and you don’t feel like you were on top of people as it was spacious. Definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful house! Fantastic customer service!

Stayed with 14 family members for a short getaway. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. Perfect location to the beach and close to grocery, restaurants, and entertainment. The Beach Weekend property management was so on point and incredibly responsive and kind. I have never been as impressed with a property management group as I was with them. We will absolutely be back to one of their properties.

I would have expected the house to be clean for the price I paid. My family on the 3rd floor said the one shower was full of hair from previous guests and in the other 3rd floor bathroom a dirty towel with previous guest makeup. Also would have been nice to have been told that there was costruction going on right next door all week. Then no warning that the city was going to block our vehicles in wuth digging a trench and no water warning would have been a nice. My family went ti shower and no water!

Great Experience woth large group

We had a family of 15 from 11 mo. To 85yrs of age and the house worked great! Clean and well appointed. Location and ammenities as described. There are a lot of stairs! Beach access was great! Great place for large group!

One of the best experiences ever!

We booked this place for 3 nights to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I was very cautious about this place because everything was looking so perfect in online listing, so I had so many questions but great thing is the host was very helpful and prompt on all of my questions. This place is much better than pictures in the online listing. Everything in this house is brand new including furniture, appliances etc. Our family enjoyed every single day of the stay in this house and we will definitely come back. I will recommend this place. 10/10.

The house was absolutely amazing, thought the description was spot on. The sand and water was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and the host answered questions within minutes. The only bad thing was the short stay on our part!!! Thanks for the hospitality
