Overall, our stay at the resort did not quite hit the mark. While there were some positives such as being able to check in early, easy beach access, and friendly housekeeping staff, there were several downsides that affected our experience. The beach was very crowded and there was a volleyball event taking place which made it nearly impossible to find a spot to set up. Additionally, there were sand grits on the floor of our room upon arrival, which is umderstamdable given it is impossible to clean it all. Our floor was also full of party goers, who were disruptive and even banged on our door in the middle of the night thinking they were at their room. We had trouble locating towels for the pool and had to figure things out on our own. We also thought our stay included breakfast buffet, but that was not the case. The lack of a fan option in the room to drown out noise from other guests was also a downside. In hindsight, we wish we had chosen a condo for our stay instead. Overall, while there were some positives, the negatives outweighed them and we were left feeling disappointed with our experience at the resort.

The best thing about the resort is the location right across from the beach. The beach and the Gulf of Mexico are beautiful! The resort had several pools and bars, which were convenient, especially the bar on the beach! Several restaurants are within walking distance. Downside was the rooms, very outdated, but we didn't spend much time there.

Everything was nice from the oceanfront room to the pool, jucuzzi, & beach. The only negative thing I can say about the resort is that when you book on Expedia or any booking website the price you pay on there is just for the room. When we arrived we had to pay resort fees as well as a deposit for the room in case of damage. I think the resort fees need to be included on all the booking websites. Overall the trip was a great experience

Beach front units were nice but back units were low quality, you can hear neighbors and rooms were older and didn’t smell nice, pictures in the posting show only the beachfront units and obscure the fact there are other older not so nice units in the back and sides of the property.

Overall, this is a mid-rangк comfortable family resort with swimming pools, a bar, and a restaurant. It's located on the beach next to the pier. The downside is that the room window overlooks the parking lot and the city highway. There's traffic noise until midnight and early in the morning. The resort isn't fenced in, giving a feeling of insecurity. The tourist season slows down in October, and the hotel could offer rooms with better locations for their guests.

Beach is gorgeous: water is clear jade and calm. Landscaping on the property is beautiful. The only thing I would change is that they should make the hot tub adults only: Way too many little kids in there!

It was very pretty but unheated pool was too cold and we had a theft from our vehicle. Loved the beach but room had no drawers for clothes. The bath was okay but slippery shower floor.

Very impressed with this property. We had a beachfront view which was stunning. The breakfast buffet was good, wish the food could have been warmer. Pools were nice, liked that they continually played music. The only complaint I have are the towels. Especially the beach towels, thin and small.
