The staff was excellent. Very friendly and readily available. The breakfast was very good with a great variety. The bed was uncomfortably soft for me, so I didn't sleep well. It was difficult to access the hotel for check in unless you pull into and block the valet parking area. The room smelled overwhelmingly like bleach.

Everything except the juice had dairy. I requested at least a plant-based milk option, but they refused to provide it. They could only offer potatoes that did not have cheese on them. Very substandard service compared to what I generally receive normally at a Marriott.

I did not like that there was no self park option, only Valet. I also did not like that when I chose to go for a walk I saw a man squatting in the bushes by the fountain behind the hotel. Inside the hotel was wonderful.

Valet parking is only option on property—it took a long time each time to get car. Inconvenient & time-consuming. Confusing upon arrival of where to go. Poor service: room was never cleaned. Never informed about 2nd floor loft/outside feature. Nothing in room about options/area. Had to use key card to enter lobby—a hassle. Poor lighting in room.

No parking on site, water pressure is not the strongest, hot water is not great either, staff is not that friendly, the elevators has a dirty odor I can’t even describe; felt safe though and pretty secure area. Downtown is one of the cleanest city I’ve been to. Nightlife around the town is a plus.
