It was a fairly new property but needed to brush up on a few services. I messaged about the advertised shuttle and they answered in German. Maybe need to also answer in language of inquiry. After we translated the message and found what we thought was the pickup spot (30-40 minutes), there was no mention of the actual hotel (only a commercial shuttle address) so we thought 'that couldn't be it'. We finally grabbed an uber. Found out later the commercial shuttle service is part of the hotel complex (who would know). No apology when we mentioned it at the front desk. They only said "oh yeah, we are the same company". Also, no coffee machine in the room (1st hotel I've witnessed)

Overnight before flight

Good location for the airport. Having a parking garage you could book for several days with a shuttle was perfect. Friendly stuff. Beds a little hard for me. Was clean though and a few restaurants nearby as well as the hotel one. Nice walking area was nearby as well.
