One of my favorite hotels as I can walk to the terminal to catch a flight. Rooms are large, well appointed and very comfortable. The beds and linens are very inviting. I also appreciate the in room coffee maker.

Good choice for overnight stay at Frankfurt Airport due to convenient location. Received upon request a very quiet room, which was nicely furnished and well equipped for a short stay. Internet speeds were good, the bed was comfortable and the heating worked fine. Only drawback is the shower: water pressure is too weak and the shower head unit is quite flimsy. The water drainage is not ideal either and there are no hooks to hang a towel near the shower (hooks are placed out of reach on the bathroom door). Personally, I do think that hotel bathroom design is not that difficult when it comes to the basic requirements for an overnight stay. This bathroom design unfortunately misses the mark. For one night it is of course fine, but it could be improved significantly. Breakfast was great - with a lot of choice, and high quality food & beverages on offer. Restaurant can be busy, but the staff is very efficient and super friendly. So is the reception staff, and this is where the Sheraton Hotel stands out: for an airport hotel the atmosphere is very welcoming and personal. That's really fantastic, and de definitely a great reason to come back Overall, I had a very good stay at the Sheraton Hotel at Frankfurt Airport.

The hotel was difficult to find / easy to miss, thanks to a poorly positioned Crobag stall. The queue to check in was very long. I found a piece of broken glass in the carpet in my room. There was no avocado at breakfast, which was disappointing for the price.
