This hotel is few minutes walking distance from terminal using covered transfer galleries. Very convenient. Restaurant was open late and very early in the morning we were able to have coffee and croissant in the lobby free of change. Very good value for money.

Fraudulent charges.

Fraudulent Hotel, charges the credit card for full amount even when paid through hotels.com. And then pretends that no such extra payment was made. Not worth the hassle of disputing fraudulent credit card charges.

No Free Room Internet

FYI- In room internet is no longer free as in the past. We have used this hotel numerous times and always had free internet. Now, you have to be a Marriott member to get free internet. Otherwise, only free in public areas. Considering this is an airport hotel and that up-to-date flight info is crucial, this is not a good policy change. We will consider other options with free in room internet in the future.

If you're on business, choose the Hilton instead

Over 1h line for check in, and just to get a wrong room. Once the right room was received, the TV didn't work. And on a normal Monday three of the four restaurants on site were closed. Avoid this place if you're traveling for business and value convenience

Your cleaning products need changing

The smell of the room 3014 when I entered was incredibly medicinal. It must be your cleaning fluid which was truly terrible. Everything else good but that's really unacceptable.

Had an early morning flight from Frankfurt, so we spent the night here before hand. The restaurant was great and the room was quiet and clean--just what we needed. It was an easy walk from the airport train station, and then to the FRA Terminal.
