The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of cabinet space. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, providing comfortable sleeping quarters for up to six people. The bathroom has been tastefully designed with modern fixtures and finishes, and features a walk-in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the cottage for your use. In addition, the home includes a cozy front porch area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening adult beverage. We loved the cottage. It was so clean and cute. And was just enough space for the five of us (all 18). It was only 20-25 minutes to the public access coastal beaches and a short walk or quick drive to the grocery store and fast food options nearby. It only took us about 30 minutes to drive to Pier Park in PCB. The community itself was clean and quiet. They even had a large dog and a small dog park for our fur babies. During our short stay we didn’t have a chance to check out the pool or club house. We will definitely be booking again. If you like to get away from the crowds and can’t afford an ocean view this place is great!

The unit was beautiful and the pool was very very nice. Location was conveniently close to Grayton beach and grocery stores. Dawn, the property manager, was very easy to get ahold of and very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend

Wedding Festivities
