Room was spacious and clean when we arrived. There was a problem with our key not working, staff informed us that was a problem with that specific lock. Staff were friendly and helpful. Management needs to be on top of all “fix it tickets “ Overheard other guest say their room wouldn’t lock, others that the bathroom fan wouldn’t turn on.

I didn’t stay for breakfast I left before it started, the room is okay it wasn’t too bad because I’ve seen some worse. The AC didn’t get cold at all had it on the whole time and room did not cool down, shower was stained and honestly it needs a major repair as far as sockets. Our remote was broke the power button was broken off

Not great customer service to be honest. I asked online if I could have a first floor room or access to an elevator. The receptionist did not even ask if I needed a particular room. I asked where the elevator was and she pointed at the map on the end of the building where my room was. So I drove over there and when unloading my car and pulling my cart to the elevator she had mentioned, it was open and completely out of service. So I walked around the whole property including the lobby the whole time asking where a working elevator was. Honestly if I were handicapped and needed an elevator I would be incredibly upset. As it were I can use the stairs so its not that terrible. But comeon. Also no mini fridge in the room?! In alllll my years staying at hotel rooms I have never stayed at a place without a fridge. So very disappointed and will never book a room here again.

The room was dirty, no microwave or fridge, and the bathtub was very dirty with cigarette burns in a non smoking room. Also was not happy that we paid for the room in full and then when checked in online the disclosure said that there will be a small fee. No where did it say it was going to be a $100 deposit. So i was really shocked when my card was charged that was not in my budget. Neddless to say we will not be staying at that hotel ever again.

Large stains on curtains/sheets/mattress. Floors and walls were dirty. Elevator shakes in an unusual manner. Sheets are rough/peeling. Pillows are small12 inch squares. Could feel springs of mattress. Staff were friendly.

To start the parking lot was sketchy, then when we got to our room, we noticed our window was broken! There was clear tape placed over it, mind you this wasn’t a small crack in the window. Staff gave us another room with no problem. The following room was ok but it had a funky smell to it. The outside smelled awful like dog pee & there was poo one room over. This is very much the first and last time I stay here.
