Hotel layout disaster.

The entire hotel is a hassle to get around in. The hotel is elevated. Meaning there is no first floor. You need an elevator to get anywhere in the hotel. The side exits don't work. This was a commercial building that somehow became a hotel. Hard floors caused for a loud and annoying sound disturbance from housekeeping.

Registration is up stairs from the outside of the building, once you have room key you may use the elevator. Elevator is old and terribly slow closing doors with high pitch screeching very difficult on hearing. $ 100 charge on CC upon check in and says it’s refunded when room is cleared on checkout. No luggage carts for use to accommodate carrying suitcases. Should use Melaleuca or much safer green cleaning products for employees and patrons health and safety. Heavy bleach is used. Went to lobby on Sunday morning and was locked out of the room before checkout time must return to front desk to get a new key to get back in room to start packing to leave. I would highly recommend the very busy Hacienda tequila restaurant next door for a nice Mexican meal. Fun atmosphere and lots of locals enjoying themselves and good food.

Amazing hotel

Beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff. It was super clean. No problem having our dog with us. The free breakfadt is actually very yummy and they have something for everyone. This was the second stay here and both times were exceptional.
