Aivan uskomaton ominaisuus, josta on näkymä Kaweah-joen päähaarukalle, joka sijaitsee vain puoli kilometriä Sequoia-kansallispuiston sisäänkäynnistä. Koti on kauniisti sisustettu ja siinä on kaikki modernit kalusteet. Keskustassa oleva ainutlaatuinen poikkipalkki todella avaa talon niin, että se tuntuu niin avoimelta ja ilmavalta. Taloon menneet yksityiskohdat ja muotoilu tekevät siitä tuntuvan kutsuvasta ja rentouttavasta - mainitakseni vain muutaman ainutlaatuisen navetan oven ja vaunupyörän. Näkemykset ovat upeat, kun istuu yksityisellä kannella Kaweah-joelle. Tässä talossa herätät upeat näkymät Kaweah-joelle heti makuuhuoneen ikkunoista. Joen toisella puolella ei ole koteja, joten se tuntuu erittäin yksityiseltä ja eristäytyneeltä.
Talossa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Suuri makuuhuoneessa on 2 queen beds. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on räätälöity kaksinkertainen XL-kerrossänky (erilliset vuoteet ovat XL-kokoisia, 80 tuumaa pitkä). Mukana on myös ylimääräinen futon-sohva. Keittiössä on kaikki ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Ruokapöydässä on kuusi tuolia, mutta jos tämä ei riitä, keittiön tiskillä on neljä baarijakkaraa. Keittiössä on kaikki tarvittava gourmet-aterian kokki. Olohuoneessa on erittäin suuri tyylikäs nykyaikainen sohvat ja korostus tuolit. Istuessasi olohuoneessa katselemalla Kaweah-jokea, voit nauttia 60 tuuman 4K LED-televisiosta. Kodissa on WIFI, DVD-soitin ja satelliitti-suora TV. Makuuhuoneessa on myös oma TV, mutta parempaa kuin missään televisiossa on katsoa upeita näkymiä joelle suuresta makuuhuoneen ikkunasta. Voi, mainitsinko kannen joelle, jolla on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu BBQ. Kiinteistössä on uskomattomia räätälöityjä töitä ja joelle johtavia polkuja, jotka tarjoavat kalastus- tai piknik-alueita. Koti on keskeinen AC / Heat. Better than our expectations

The highlight of our trip to Sequoia National Park was certainly the stay at this home. The communication and tips from the property manager took out all of the unknowns. If you aren't staying inside the park, then they don't get any more convenient than here. I highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway for Girls Trip!

Me and four of my girl friends booked this place for a long weekend to explore Sequoia NP. We ended up spending most of the time in the house because the location was just so lovely!! The host was extremely communicative, texting me up to a month prior to send over restaurant suggestions, activities, etc. during the weekend itself, the host texted me about local events that were happening during our stay, which was above and beyond! The kitchen was fully stocked with any of the pots and pans we needed. I will say that the dishwasher is a little on the older end! We all loved our stay here and would absolutely be back again!! Thank you!!

Great for both Parks

We loved this rental. It is right on the river and has beautiful views and lovely outdoor areas to enjoy. Right outside the Sequoia entrance, and an easy drive to Kings Canyon as well. We actually took a day off from exploring the parks just to enjoy the rental. We would definitely stay here again. I have a 8 and 10 year old who LOVED the garage with all the games and activities.

Great Location

This is a very nice house located very close to Sequoia National Park. The house is clean and has a lot of entertainment options for kids. The owner also provided a lot of helpful information prior to arrival.

Cute property; 1/2 mile from park entrance. Best part was absolutely sitting on the deck enjoying the river. Host reached out early with great information and was very accommodating. We would stay there again.

Was as described. The only thing to complain really is that the AC is totally overwhelmed in 104degree weather and while you go to bed with 86, once at night when it cools down, you start to freeze as then the AC really kicks in. Other than that all fine

Magical river retreat

This rental is amazing and has everything one could hope for during a wknd getaway to the NPs. Only 2 miles to the park entrance - get your hike done in the morning and chill out in your backyard river. There are a few areas for safe entry where you can beat the heat - however, the river fast w rapids abound. Use caution, be responsible and enjoy for magical tranquility of the river.

Great place for families, so close to Sequoia

Cool property right on the river, wonderful to sit out on the deck and hear the river rushing by. We enjoyed staying here, beautiful views! Our teenagers enjoyed going into the river, the ping-pong table and arcade games. It was a great base for treks into Sequoia national Park. Quick car ride to restaurants. Owner was very responsive, provided helpful tips and wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. Stay here or at any of Srey’s other properties. Very well cared for and managed!

Awesome house, great location!

The house had everything we needed to have an amazing vacation. The host is super helpful and responsive, the location is as close as you can get to the Sequoia Park entrance, and the river adds a unique beauty to the property. Would highly recommend!

Great location and views of the river! Loved having an in unit washer/dryer and the rooms were clean. Downside was the furniture was old and somewhat dated. The kitchen appliances have seen better days, especially the coffee pot and toaster. The bathrooms were clean but the master bath shower/tub combo is sorely in need of a good update. Outside furniture and back patio need some updating as well. This was our first trip to the area and it was the location that sold us!

Incredible Location

This is such a gem. The home is located 5 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park and 10 minutes from town where there is a market as well as a pizza and great Mexican food restaurant. The host was A+++ throughout our stay. And nothing beats the sound of the river and scenic sights from the rear patio deck. This is most definitely a 5-star location!

Well-appointed home in a great location!

This home is in a wonderful location just minutes from the entrance of Sequoia National Park and it was a bonus to be situated right on the river. My 11-year-old son loved the ping-pong table and the bunk beds. My 16-year-old daughter loved that the place had Wi-Fi and a big screen TV. It was nice having a full-kitchen to prepare meals. The host communicated with me several times before and during our stay and provided a plethora of recommendations and links to make our stay enjoyable. We had a lovely vacation and would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Lovely place on the river

Beautiful, clean, spacious home, one mile from the park gate. Great beds and kitchen, lots to do at the house in poor weather. River lulls you to sleep at night. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy it during the day if you're on the property. Host has great local info including park tours, lake info, and best restaurants.

Wonderful home right on the river!

Place was great! Loved listening to the river from the porch in the evening after touring Sequoia National Park. Srey provided lots of great info about the area and the property and was very responsive to all my questions. Home was comfy, clean, and inviting! Would definitely recommend!
