Getting Around:
To get to Orangetheory Fitness - make a left onto NW 43rd Ave, an immediate right into the strip mall and walk for 0.2 miles to find Orangetheory Fitness on the left.

To get to Devil's Millhopper State Park - make a left onto NW 43rd St, then a left onto NW 53rd Ave and the park is on your right in 0.3 miles.

To get to University of Florida, make a right onto NW 43rd St, a left onto Newberry Ave and a right onto SW 2nd aveke to get to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium or any other main sites at UF.

Uber is also available.

Other Things to Note:
- The house is close to NW 16th Blvd and NW 43rd St in a residential neighborhood, please be respectful of this quiet, family-friendly community.

- The laundry room is in a room inside the carport. It is contained within 4-walls just outside the main home. It also contains a table to fold and prepare laundry along with an iron if needed.

- There are leaves, pollen, bugs, and natural debris that falls into the pool minutes after the pool is cleaned. It's important to know that the pool is in fact maintained by a professional company and is safe to use. We encourage our guests to embrace the natural Florida surprises falling in.

- A technician from VIP Pools will be coming by to clean the pool once a week, usually Thursdays or Fridays.

- The city is able to empty the garbage and recycling bins on Tuesday mornings. The big black garbage bin and recycling bins (they should be located outside of the carport to the right, if they have not already been brought to the street), please bring the garbage and recycling bins to the street touching the curb anytime on Monday evening so they can be emptied early Tuesday morning.
