The Oasis interior provides a very comfortable setting making you feel at home right away. The inside of the home has many modern updates with tasteful design all throughout the property. The space has an open concept making it easy to spend time with your entire group while in the kitchen, dining room, and living room at the same time. The game room can also provide space for everyone to have fun with so many game options including more than 500 games on the arcade machine, a quality foosball table, and a decent amount of board game and book options located on the bookshelf. The sofa in the game room has a pull-out queen bed inside.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- The exterior doors to the backyard pool have additional locks towards the top of each door so you can ensure safety for your little ones.

- There are leaves, pollen, bugs, and natural debris that falls into the pool minutes after the pool is cleaned. It's important to know that the pool is in fact maintained by a professional company and is safe to use. We encourage our guests to embrace the natural Florida surprises falling in.

- We provide a net skimmer for you to be able to use to scoop out any debris or bugs, and you are welcome to empty the basket out of the pool vacuum or the solar powered skimmer before getting into the pool.

- Please be aware that we have one security camera facing the front of the property that will be on during your stay.

- The house is right off of 34th St and the traffic is noisy and noticeable when you are outside of the house, especially in backyard pool area.

- A technician from Florida Leisure Pool & Spa will be coming by to clean the pool on Thursday or Friday within 12 and 5pm.

- The city is able to empty the garbage and recycling bins on Wednesday mornings. If the big black garbage bin and recycling bins are full (they should be located in the carport if they have not already been brought to the street), please bring the garbage and recycling bins to the street touching the curb anytime on Tuesday evening so they can be emptied early Wednesday morning.

HOUSE RULES:
I want you to have an amazing stay and enjoy my home, but I do have a few rules!

FIRST, THE DEAL-BREAKERS (you could lose your deposit)

– Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am. We love our neighbors. Please respect our neighbors by adhering to our quiet hours.
– Absolutely NO smoking in or near the house
– Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind.
– Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.
– All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee, as noted in our booking price.
– Limit of up to two pets are ONLY allowed if you have received pre-approval, paid the $125 pet fee, and you take full liability for any injury or damage caused by your pet.
– Any significant damage or by not following these rules will result in the loss of your deposit.

POOL RULES
- ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS NEAR THE POOL/POOL DECK/BACKYARD AREA. YOU MAY USE DESIGNATED PLASTIC CUPS IN THE BACKYARD*
- DO NOT touch the pool equipment.
- ***Swim at Your Own Risk. You agree to waive liability and hold the hosts and owner of the property harmless if any injury or death occurs from the use of the swimming pool.***
- NO running.
- NO diving
- NO person under the influence of drugs or alcohol may use the pool.

OTHER HOUSE RULES
– I have provided black make-up removal hand cloths to be used for removing makeup. Please do not use other towels, washcloths, hand towels or linens for makeup removal (the stains are permanent, and you will be charged for stained linen).
– Please always lock all doors and close windows prior to your departure (press the SCHLAGE button to lock the deadbolt).
– I expect that you will respect my home and that you will clean/pick up after yourself.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS
- Checkout is at 10am.
- Put all used dishes in the dishwasher with pod and run cycle OR hand wash your used dishes and leave clean dishes on drying rack.
- Put all used towels on the floor so we know the ones that were used.
- Press the SCHLAGE lock button to lock the front door after leaving.
- Send me a message that you have left.

KITCHEN INSTRUCTIONS:
– Please put all dishes you used in the dishwasher (put dishwasher detergent or pod in and run dishwasher) OR hand wash used dishes and leave clean dishes on dish drying rack.
– Please Rinse and Remove all food from dishes prior to putting them in the
dishwasher.
– Please ensure that all dishes are thoroughly cleaned before putting any dishes away.

GRILL USE INSTRUCTIONS
– The backyard has a propane gas grill, and the gas should ALWAYS BE TURNED OFF ON PROPANE TANK AFTER USE for safety and must never be left without supervision.
– Please clean the grill after using it so that it’s ready for the next guest to use.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS:
– Please bring out the garbage and recycling bins (should be placed along the wall inside the carport) to the curb anytime on TUESDAY since garbage will be picked up by the city early every Wednesday morning.
- Recycling is strongly encouraged by placing plastic/glass in the blue bin and paper products in the orange bin.

FIRE PIT AND OUTDOOR LIGHTS RULES/INSTRUCTIONS:
- If you choose to use the outdoor lights, you can use the black remote just inside the game room closest to the left door that goes out to the pool deck. Please remember to turn the lights off before you come back inside at night.
- You are welcome to purchase wood to use within the fire pit.
- DO NOT put/burn any items within the flames other than wood.
- DO NOT leave the fire unattended.
- When finished using the fire pit, please ensure the fire is completely out before leaving/going back inside.
- The indoor fireplace is not available for making a fire.
