Beautiful entrance and decorated nicely

The main entrance is so beautiful and the check in was pleasant, there was a very nice fire in the fireplace too!! Our room was nice just small and the bathroom was tiny

Throwback to a different time

Very cute vintage/historic hotel with a ton of character!! The best was the vintage elevator that required manual opening of two metal doors! Rooms are small because it’s old but I loved the vibes!!

Route 66 historic western hotel

A funky historic hotel with lots of character…and a warm fireplace in the great room. Beds were comfortable, we were in a smaller (king size) bedroom and both the room and bathroom were rather small. The restaurant next door was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. We will return.

The lobby was very unique and beautiful. The service desk personnel were great. My only issue was the restaurant which had very good reviews. I was seated promptly but then sat there for 30 minutes and no one took my order so I left and went to a different restaurant.

The hotel staff is wonderful, extremely personable, professional, and wanting to serve. This historic hotel was updated, and the museum quality was fun to explore. Yes the bathrooms are small, but the shower was great. When come back to Gallup, we will definitely stay here again!
