Merinäköala käytännössä jokaisessa huoneessa !!! Sisäänrakennukset: 2 parveketta, joilla on esteetön merinäköala Meksikonlahteen ja rantaa kaatuneiden aaltojen rauhoittava ääni, näyttävät tämän rauhallisen valtameren rannikon. Paljon istuimia nauttiaksesi näkymästä! Suuri pyöreä pöytä ja 6 tuolia ruokailuun ulkona, loveseat ja 2 patio-tuolia, sekä poikkipinta, jossa voit istua ja nauttia auringosta, sekä esteetön näkymä huvipuistolle. We had a great time over the Labor Day weekend at this property. The place was spotless and very well stocked for our party of 14 ppl. The owner completely went out of her way to accomadate our last minute request to rent the golf cart. There were a few hiccups, the dryer was not working but it was ok since we were there for only 4 days. It was a holiday weekend so we knew it would be hard to get somene there to fix it. However, The AC thermostat did go out while we were there but the owner had someone there in within a few hours of being notified on a holiday weekend and it was all fixed. Would definatley rent again if the oppurtunity presents itself.

Everything and more !!

This property and the hosts are 10 out of 10.I'm not sure you can do any better. Location, accommodations, friendliness, cleanliness and wonderfulness. The first lady and I took our son and seven besties for his birthday 20th birthday. Four young ladies and four young men plenty of room while enjoying space, privacy and luxury. Every room amd everything was perfect. We couldnt have asked for anything more. Thank you Jamie and Jeff...... you spolied us all. Best always! The Couturier Family

Great location but needs a refresh

Great location, wonderful view, plenty of parking. Bedrooms were nice and beds comfortable . However some of house needs work , flooring cracked,gapped, sheets were thin and didn't fit well. Gas grill non working (host said they will replace so check if that happened) no ice machine in the fridge/freezer. Upstairs ac was broken as we checked in but host did a great job brining in portable units and replacing it the next day. Really can't beat the view from the porch. Lots of beach things like chairs toys etc to use.

Great House for our Beach Blitz soccer tournament!

We had 5 families staying together for the Beach Blitz soccer tournament on East Beach. The house was beautiful, spacious, and the layout was awesome for a large group, plenty of room and more than enough bathrooms, towels, and linens. Thr kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes that allowed us to cook large meals. The private beach was awesome and a short walk to the entrance. We had the best time!

A wonderful house with excellent views of the ocean. Lots of decks with plenty of sitting for groups and tables. Good grill. Beds were comfortable with quality bedding. All appliances worked and were in good condition. Air conditioning was great. Have nothing but good things to say. We enjoyed our time together!

A total Gem right on the beach!

the ultimate location for our extended weekend stay! Immaculate views of the beach, sunrise and sunset! The balcony views of the beach were unobstructed and gorgeous! Property was beautifully decorated and well maintained! Had everything we wanted for a beach getaway! Hosts response was immediate and warming. Location was on point- beach access, private community - very close to restaurants and the strand. Highly recommended!

Mice and mold

The home has a few major things and many smaller things that need attention. First there were mice in the kitchen and main floor bedrooms, with mice seen running across the kitchen counter and droppings every morning on the bed headboards and night stands. There were leaks in the roof upstairs that caused the couch in the game room to be damp our entire visit and a leak in one of the upstairs bedroom closets with what looked like mold growing. The game room pool table had pool sticks that were broken and the table itself had broken pockets and wasn't level. All of the paddles for ping pong were worn and tattered as well. The fans in the upstairs bedrooms did not work. Each room had remote controls for the fans but no batteries that fit the upstairs remotes. We requested batteries for the upstairs remotes but received the wrong size batteries delivered. When we reported the mice, we were told that the pest company would be coming after our visit. Additionally, the railing that led to the upstairs was not attached to the wall, the faucet in the main floor half bath was loose, the doors that led to both the upstairs deck and main floor decks were extremely sticky and difficult to open, the flooring on the main level had several cracked and broken areas, the golf cart would not start....there was so many of these type of things. Generally the property is over priced for the number of unmaintained items and infestation issues.

Review

The property itself was large and beautiful. The grill area which, our guests commented looked "slummy and trashy with dirty cushions piled on top of each other". Since the grill and beach chairs were included in the add, it was very disappointing. The grill was rusted and filthy and not fit to barbecue on. The chairs that we expected to be able to take to the beach (as advertised), were rusted out and unususable. This was extremely disappointing since we paid almost 10,000 with taxes and fees for 3 nights! We wound up asking a guest from Montgomery to bring chairs and purchase the rest. There were 13 of us. A big part of renting a beach house is to be able to enjoy the beach. We wound up with 6 chairs for our whole group. Since the house is large, beautiful and able to sleep 12 comfortably, we would like to visit again when the elevator is installed (2 of us are handicapped), and a new and clean grill is available in a clean and attractive lower patio. It would be nice to sit in a comfortable area while food is grilled. Otherwise, we ha e to lug barbecued food up 3 flights of stairs. In addition to resort appropriate beach chairs

Galveston Oceanfront house

Overall our stay was great. A lot of things were damaged or broken ,but the house was beautiful and well designed for large families.The view was amazing. We noticed mouse droppings on the first morning under the stove and contacted the host. Their response was quick and they sent a cleaner out. There were no more issues and we assumed the previous night storm had brought in a mouse. I would recommend this property.

Awesome house!

This is a great house for a multi generational family or a group of friends! Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of space to spread out. Convenient to the East end of Galveston. Views are spectacular!!! Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely spot along quiet beach

This was our favorite Galveston beach rental. Very nice house with a good setup for multiple families. Our teenagers loved the upstairs loft area with TV and a ping pong table. Adults all loved the comfy downstairs TV area with large windows looking out onto the beach. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. To get to the beach you walk about 5 minutes down the sidewalk to a wooden bridge with a code and then you’re at the beach. I liked that it felt very private and secure. It was nice to have some spices and condiments and extras like beach towels and beach toys. Definitely a winner of a house!

My husband and I had a large group of teenagers for a birthday weekend at the house. Lots of room to spread out in the house and the upstairs space was perfect for the kids hangout. The pool table got lots of use. I cooked 8 meals for 15 in the kitchen and had everything I needed including things like spices, tinfoil and plastic wrap. The location of the house is great. The kids all enjoyed the nearby pier while the adults had dinner at the porch cafe. Beach access is two houses down. There’s a green space out front of the house perfect for throwing the football around. Plenty of bath towels and even beach towels provided! We used the laundry room - detergent is also provided. The owner is very responsive. A great property perfect for a large group. I’d happily rent it again.

Great Beach House

One of our best rental experiences. Property met/exceeded the listing and associated pictures. Fully equipped from kitchen to bathroom suites to beach fun! Configuration was perfect for our 4 couples and two infants. Had some basic baby needs (pack n’ plays, bassinet, high chair). Beach access is an easy 10 minute walk from the house via private boardwalk. Wagon allows you to haul beach toys/games. Kroger is ~10 mins away to stock up. Owners were very nice/responsive on a couple simple questions we had. Definitely will stay here again.
