Was large, bar and food good. We had room 414, blown glass in a window, no plug in the wash basin, toilet flush very iffy and when we complained they just showed us how to make it flush by pressing all the controls. Then the lamp on my side didn’t fit the plug, asked them to change it, they just took it away and put my husbands lamp there so I he hadn’t got one instead. Headboard damaged also .

The property is in a good location for shopping, dining, partying and walking to many interesting neighborhoods and sites. I recommend it. The only confusing thing for us was the parking, which was down the street a block or so away in a shopping mall garage.

Positives: right in the heart of Galway, easy walking. The restaurant/bar was very good, and the included breakfast was excellent. Negatives: Our room had a broken toilet seat. There is only one bery slow elevator. The parking arrangements are cumbersome and require a long walk with luggage.

Stayed here for a couple of nights in a double twin room. Would certainly recommend! Though you can tell the building itself is a bit on the older side, the furniture and hotel itself is well kept and updated. Our room was clean and ready for us when we arrived early. Hotel breakfast was good as well! Walking distance of everything in Galway. Would stay here again.

Very happy with the staff and the room. The service in the restaurant bar area was excellent, and the food was great. There is only one charger for your phone in the room and the Internet was a little slow but the bathroom was clean the bed comfortable. Very close the to the train station and waking distance to everything in the center. Can buy wine and Guinness to carry back to your rom right across the street.
