Tuscan Villa

A lovely villa in a fabulous location. The villa has spacious grounds and a great pool with a poolside seating area covered by two large parasols. The surrounding countryside is full of vineyards and trees. The villa itself has plenty of room and some great outdoor terraces and balconies. The only thing missing is air conditioning as it can get very warm with the shutters closed overnight. WiFi kept going off

Hier gibt es fast alles, was man in einem Urlaub möchte. Tolle Gastgeber. WLAN ist allerdings quasi nur theoretisch vorhanden. Angesichts des sonstigen Angebots ist das aber nicht schlimm.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von Freunden vor Ort. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und bieten alles was man braucht (Pool, Kamin, Grill, viele Bäder, guteZimmerverteilung). Auch die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern/Vermietern lief einwandfrei (gebrochenes Englisch). Einzig die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit der Agentur kann angekreidet werden, da die auf schriftliche Anfragen nicht reagierten. Ein super Haus für einen Besuch im Sommer. Im Winter würde ich das Haus aufgrund der hohen Heizkosten eher nicht empfehlen. Im Sommer würde ich jederzeit wieder kommen. Das Haus liegt ruhig, man kann keine Nachbarn stören und hat alles was man benötigt. Außerdem sind Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen.

Tolles Haus, toller Pool, toller Urlaub

Das Haus ist schön groß, wir waren 11 Personen und ein Hund. Es war mehr als ausreichend Platz für alle. Das große, gepflegte Grundstück und der schöne Pool waren ideal für die Kinder. Die Lage ist auch perfekt für Ausflüge. Florenz und Siena ca. 1 Stunde. San Gimignano erreicht man in 15 Minuten und Volterra in ca. 30 Minuten. Auch das Meer ist nur etwa 1 Stunde entfernt. WLAN hat leider nicht ganz so gut funktioniert, aber das sollte im Urlaub ja nicht das Wichtigste sein.

Entspannung pur und ausgezeichnete Lage für Unternehmungen

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind groß und wunderschön! Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen und entspannen. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage in der Toskana ist es nicht weit nach z.B. Florenz, Siena, Pisa oder das Meer! Kommen gerne wieder!

Mooie villa maar iets te duur

De woning is ruim, sanitair is in orde en voldoende, maar verouderd, het internet werkte niet, de ontvangst is zeer vriendelijk en alles is zeer proper. Het ligt vlakbij vele mooie steden, maar toch een beetje afgelegen, gezien de kleine en gevaarlijke weggetjes, moet je voor alles de auto nemen

Bardzo dobry

Dom bardzo dobrze przystosowany na przyjęcie dużej liczby gości (miejsca siedzące, leżaki, naczynia). Jednak według nas jest to 10 miejsc noclegowych, bo pokoik w piwnicy z 2 pojedynczymi łóżkami mało przyjemny i my nie zdecydowaliśmy się go zająć. Ogród piękny, ogromny i bardzo zadbany, basen luksus, prywatny las ze ścieżką idealny do spacerów oraz bliskość cudnego San Gimignano to największe atuty domu. My byliśmy z małymi dziećmi i miały one tam raj z nieograniczoną ilością miejsca do biegania. Może jedynie brakowało choć malutkiego placu zabaw, a miejsca jest wystarczająco, żeby go gdzie usadowić. Dla dorosłych też idealne miejsce do odpoczynku i świętowania wakacji.
