Enjoy relaxing moments with the whole family! This modern and well-equipped holiday home is centrally located in the district of Garmisch. Thanks to its proximity to the Garmisch pedestrian zone, many restaurants and shopping opportunities are only a few minutes' walk away. At the same time, the Garmisch mountains are within easy reach, as the Hausbergbahn and the Zugspitzbahnhof are also within walking distance and allow skiers and hikers to make short or long trips into the mountains.

Through the entrance you enter directly into the heart of the Gartenresidenz, an inviting, open-plan living area with a cosy seating area and TV corner, and a large dining table for sitting together and sharing meals. A Swedish stove provides a cosy atmosphere and comfortable warmth even in winter.
Adjacent to the living room is the open kitchen with cooking island. Here you will find all the necessary utensils and appliances for a carefree stay. A practical breakfast nook with TV offers extra space for your morning coffee or a quick snack in between.

From the living room you have access to the sunny terrace and the large garden, where you can enjoy plenty of fresh mountain air and warm sunshine hours thanks to comfortable garden furniture.

Via a staircase, you reach the first floor, where 2 bedrooms with cosy double beds and 1 bedroom with two comfortable single beds are waiting to give you a relaxing night's sleep. The bedrooms are each equipped with their own flat-screen TV and spacious wardrobe and offer access to the surrounding balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the evening sun with a great Mountain View. In addition to the bedrooms, there is also a second, bright bathroom with a ground-level shower and bathtub.
On the first floor, there is another large bedroom with a double bed and a play table for the younger guests.

The accommodation also includes a parking space in the underground garage, where you can safely park your vehicle. In the cellar there is a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer that can be utilized. For your information: there is a separate studio apartment in the basement with its own entrance, which is occasionally occupied. The rest of the house is entirely yours to enjoy.

It was a pleasant stay! We highly enjoyed our visit. A few things for your consideration: 1) The linen and pillows could be improved (the linen in the attic was non-existent // the pillows did not have any covers); 2) Two towels per person would also be appreciated; 3) A rechargeable vacuum (more so than the small hand held one) would be an added bonus; and 4) A printed bus route map with a time schedule would also be appreciated. Good Apartment, Great Location

The apartment was great for us in terms of location and size. All rooms were of a good size.A couple of minor issues with the property and didn't detract from the stay. Communication with the propery managers was good on these.

Beautiful apartment, close to the center of town

Great location for a family to enjoy all Garmisch has to offer. The garden was great for evening dinners outside, while the adults enjoyed wine and the children played in the yard. Would highly recommend this listing to families with children of any age.

Haus angemietet aber Untermieter gehabt

Haus war an einer Hauptstrasse, Geräuschkulisse war sehr unangenehm. Nutzung des Gartens schlecht möglich. Im Haus war ein nicht bekannter Untermieter.
