Terrible hotel!

I can say this is my most terrible stay in Penang! I already call and inform that I’ll arrived late. They should stay at the office when they already knew it. However we need to wait for the staff to come and then he give me the wrong room. Then he change to the other room but the other room is smell cigarette and full with baby cockroach! They didn’t clean the room properly. I feel like i want to get back my money! Its totally waste of money. Please dont choose this hotel!

Kamar yg kami booking tidak ada Kamar mandi di dalam. Harus share dgn tamu lain. Akhirnya kami upgrade kamar. Sayang penjelasan di situs hotel.com kurang jelas kalo kamar tsb tidak ada kamar mandinya.
