I’ve stayed in this hotel several times over recent years, but unfortunately our last stay was awful. Dinner and the bar were good, breakfast was OK, however the bedroom windows don’t open and the air conditioning did not work. They obviously knew as there was a large air conditioning unit in the wardrobe and fan on a stand, however we had both on all night and the room was like an oven, and we could barely sleep it was so uncomfortable - they did not cool the room in February. Layla was not very helpful in the morning and seemed disinterested, I think she thought I was trying to get a free stay. I travel a lot with work and was extremely disappointed with the room facility and service. Plus the website says there is no parking and directs you to Q Park 15 minutes walk away, despite there still being parking available across the road which I’d used previously. However the booking process gave the impression this was no longer available.

Hotel and staff are very good, amenities are fab, whole thing was nice for a good relax. When we come back to Glasgow this is where we are staying. Didn’t catch the staff members name who checked us in but she made conversation about our travel and what we were doing whilst we are here. Very welcoming

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Bar staff were great and the breakfast team in the morning g worked very hard. The only fault I have is the pool area and swimming lessons. Blue protective footwear should be compulsory, as many families are walking around the pool area with outdoor shoes on - I only seen one person putting on blue footwear. Everyone should be made to come through the hotel main entrance and be given blue protective footwear before entering the pool area, not being let in the side door for them to walk around the full pool area.
