Staff were lovely, amenities were good, we have kids so maybe a little more pool facilities, a slide or something of that nature would elevate the experience! We had the best stay! We will be back again. Everything was prefect, clean room, comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing view of city and beach. Pool and spa area clean. Wish we could have stayed longer. Right near light rail bonus! Walking distance to beach.

Great location to the beach and surfers paradise center. Rooms are clean and large with great views of the beach. Staff are very friendly. The room had all the essentials and was perfect for 3 people with 2 rooms. Would stay here again.

Upon arrival the resort was exactly what we pictured. However upon using your after hours intercom we were met with 3 x calls being disconnected before finally getting through to your 1300 number and instructions to finally get the keys to our room which created an overall poor experience in starting our 2nd visit to GC. regardless once we entered right from the entrance to our room we found it to be quite nice, very clean but welcoming and enjoyed our stay. With regards to your after hours check in service we found this to be quite frustrating and unacceptable that we were hung up on 3 times. This is certainly an area that requires improvement as we also witnessed the same thing happen with many other guests over the course of our stay leaving them just as frustrated as we were.

The room was clean, the views nice, the staff friendly and helpful, transport was close by, and the hotel was in easy walking distance of Cavill Ave. I have stayed her previously, and would do so again.

A perfect location to be close enough to everything but far enough away that you’re not in the hustle and bustle. A 10-15min walk to Cavill avenue was the perfect location for us. The staff were lovely, the amenities offered were fantastic and overall we had a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice location but very dirty Not as pictured. Staff were amazing allowing us to have a refund and we booked another more suitable property near by! Reading the reviews I think it’s time to refresh and ensure bed sheets etc are clean. Also cleaning behind beds etc, skirting boards are filthy and furniture very old!
