They were very pleasant,they assisted me with getting another room.because the room. I was in had bugs.the staff was great.but they must keep the complex clean of bugs

The room was supposed to be smoke free. I had to change rooms after spraying Lysol for smoke. I was charged extra $5 for insurance online. Over it was just ok.
