Overall, our stay at this hotel was horrible and forced upon entry. We were greeted by a young gentleman by the name of Patel. He wasn’t very welcoming wasn’t mean he wasn’t rude, but not welcoming at all, and that was the start of a horrible day upon entering the room, the room had a older inside of it and stains all over the walls and fixtures were completely rusted door hinges rusted. The only thing that looked like they may have taken some time when cleaning was making the bed the sanitation in the room was absolutely horrible. I would not recommend anyone to stay here even if it’s one night I would not I completely understand that an older hotels they have older fixtures, fixtures. I understand you can’t always change unless you do a complete update but cleanliness was very poor. The breakfast in the morning at the hotel was not horrible. It was edible and available. It was suggested to possibly switch rooms. I was given the option of two other rooms after checking those rooms. One of them were in worse condition than the one that we were currently staying in. It shows that sanitation and cleanliness is not a top priority the housekeepers are just rushing to clean the rooms for the next guest. There’s no pride that’s put into anything that’s done at this hotel and the manager cannot be walking the property and checking these rooms because if they are, they would see that it’s horrible and the rating should be 1 1/2 stars at $40 a night not $93.

First off, front desk staff was super nice! And yes, we felt as though the hotel was pet friendly. The breakfast selection was ok; however, the pancake batter was a little weird (like oily, juicy looking consistency) and tasted funny as well. We opted out after the first attempt. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness. This hotel needs a major deep clean. Every counter in our room had not been wiped in a very long time. The lamps were covered in gross stuck on dust. The odor in both the room and hallway smelled like a Pot-O-Gold. The hallways needed to be swept, the same trash laid on the floor all weekend. The floors in our room were slimy and sticky. GROSS! The shower head was covered in gunk. The window was gross to look out of. Honestly, we were scared to touch mostly everything. I would not ever book this hotel again, unfortunately.

Quality Not Worth Stay, 2 1/2 star hotel

Run down facility with smell of mold in our room and throughout entire 3rd floor. Needs upgraded. Heads up: bring your own hair dryer because none in the room and bring room spray for the bad moldy smell. Should be rated 2 1/2 star. This was the poorest quality Wyndham hotel that I have ever stayed in. Over priced for quality received. I will not be returning to this hotel and will not be recommending it to my family and friends. Lobby looked nice and remodeled, but not the room. Review of our room: air condition vent/filter was covered with dust/lent/mold, looked like a long time since cleaned or maybe never; bathroom door was falling apart at the bottom and would not shut without a hard push or pull, needs vent in the bathroom to prevent condensation from swelling of the door; shower head had mold on all water spouts, I wiped it off with numerous Kleenex and certainly was mold, housekeeping needs to learn how to clean shower heads, tub did not have stopper; no curtains, just one shade that would not lower without one person pulling down while other adjusted the chain to assist with lower it; electrical face plates cracker and partial missing; walls and doors had scuffed marks and missing paint and badly chipped walls at the baseboard area
