Really nice hotel with a good location, a very comfortable room. If we shall point at two things it would be, the breakfast is not for a four star hotel, but more like a three star, and then are the shower towels to small and thin, but beside that it was a very pleasant stay

We got upgraded to a fantastic large room (almost apartment) with a large balcony. This did ofcourse improve our over all impression of the hotel but service in the bar and breakfast restaurant was excellent and so was the breakfast. Perhaps not the cheapest in town but good choice when you want to explore Goslar and rest of The Harz area.
