The Space:

THE SPACE



Villa Hermine is currently being transformed into an extraordinary group accommodation for up to 36 people in the Harz Mountains.



Our aim is to create a place where large groups can stay, dine, relax and enjoy an unforgettable experience together.



With 14 bedrooms, numerous bathroom facilities, a large communal room and extensive wellness, sports and entertainment areas, the villa will offer plenty of space and variety.



The property is currently scheduled to open in early September 2026. Until then, construction, furnishing and final installation work will continue.

Once completed, the property is expected to offer:

A large number of bathroom facilities are planned to ensure a comfortable stay for large groups:



• A total of 13 bathroom and toilet facilities

• A total of 9 showers



This will allow guests to spread out comfortably in the mornings and evenings.

The spacious communal dining room will be the heart of the villa.



This is where your entire group can eat, relax, play games and spend long evenings together.



A stove is creating a particularly warm and cosy atmosphere.

A large industrial kitchen is being created for preparing meals for large groups.



It will provide plenty of space for cooking together, preparing food and serving meals.



The kitchen will be ideal for self-catering groups, shared cooking evenings and preparing breakfast or dinner for many guests.

Villa Hermine is also being designed as a place to relax and unwind.

Check-in is planned to be easy and contactless. You will receive all important access details in good time before your arrival.

🚧 PROPERTY CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT



Villa Hermine is currently still under construction and in the furnishing and installation phase.



The property is scheduled to open in early September 2026. Reservations can already be made as part of our pre-opening sale.



As the work has not yet been fully completed, individual facilities, room designs and usage options may still change before the opening.

🔇 NOISE & CONSIDERATION



Villa Hermine will offer numerous opportunities for group activities, but it is not an unrestricted party venue.



Please keep noise at an appropriate level at all times and be considerate of the surrounding area.



During the applicable quiet hours, music and conversations must be reduced to room volume. Windows and doors must remain closed when music is being played.



🪩 DISCO ROOM



The disco room may only be used in accordance with the house rules and quiet hours.



Powerful external speakers, subwoofers and other party sound systems may not be brought to the property.



💦 HOT TUB



If you arrive on the same day that previous guests check out, the hot tub may not yet have reached its full operating temperature at check-in.



The hot tub will be emptied, thoroughly cleaned and refilled with fresh water between stays. Heating the fresh water naturally takes some time.
