Very lovely hotel

This property is absolutely immaculate, has beautiful interior decor, lovely lobby with a fireplace, waterfall and several cozy sitting areas. It offers good breakfast buffet and indoor and outdoor pools. We loved it!

The only concern was the shower curtain needed replaced in the premium room 1211and the coffee maker didn't seem to work. Also, we had a tack on the floor beside one of the beds and my husband stepped on it. It didn't penetrate the skin, however. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and your hospitality was great!

Perfect lodging outside South Rim!

Great room layout to accommodate my sister with a disability. Very comfortable and easily accessible from parking lot. Well appointed and very clean. .

The room was dated. Unfortunately the doors slammed when they closed and with people leaving early in the morning we were woken up several times throughout the night. We could hear people in hallway like they were in our room. The facility itself was really nice. There was a fire in the fireplace and the s’mores in the evening was cool. They communicated pretty well through text as well.
