Property was good but service and staff were average. First of all we called and mentioned we will be arriving late. The person who attended the call didn’t add any notes and they marked as no show. Next when we were sight seeing, we got a call saying we have passed the checkout time and we have to pay extra. Had to call in the middle of our tour and explain that our reservation was not over. They were blaming Expedia and it was a mess and confusion in the evening. Because of this they didn’t clean the room etc. staff can definitely handle things way better. Please double check your reservation and ensure front desk folks know to avoid the confusion.

5/5 Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything about it was just amazing. The place is super clean, very spacious, and has a really modern feel. One of the highlights for me was the $5 arcade credit they give you—such a fun little perk! There’s also bowling on-site, which was an awesome surprise. The parking is easy and accessible, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. It’s located in a spot that’s close to everything, and there are so many beautiful places nearby to take pictures. You can even rent a bike and explore the area. Whether you’re here for fun or just to relax, it’s got the perfect balance. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. It’s clean, modern, fun, and relaxing—I’ll for sure be coming back!

This place has it all! It was the perfect hotel for my family to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed bowling, playing arcade games, swimming, hot tub, yard games, the food, and friendly staff.
