Warm, Welcoming, and Wonderfully Flexible

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in Green Bay. The vibe here is calm and welcoming, and the staff truly go above and beyond. They’ve been incredibly generous and kind throughout my visit. While every place has its rules, what stands out here is their flexibility and open-minded approach — something I truly appreciate, especially when traveling with kids or pets. It made all the difference and made us feel at home. Highly recommended for families and anyone who values comfort with a personal touch.

For the most part the we had a very good stay, the continental breakfast was awesome. The room was very clean, and was kept up. The only problems we encountered were that parking on the property wasn’t included when in room stay when booking through Expedia. It would have been included if reserved through Hilton. Also, the pool water had a slight green color to it. Other than that it was a great stay

Pull out couch was a chase lounge

I booked the room for my family of 4 planning on the 2 kids to sleep on the pullout couch that was shown as included with the room. We got to our room and it was a chase lounge. The bed was comfy, but not with 2 adults and an 8 year old. Nothing says amazing sleep like getting slapped in the face by little hands. The fron desk for check in was friendly and efficient, when i got a beer, he offered a free bag of chips for the kids. The pool was cool, and there were no towels. The front desk did give me some regular towels when i asked. The breakfast was good for continental breakfast. Overall it was ok, but sleeping was atrocious.

Incredible clean and quiet!

We stayed for a quick overnight trip and we were impressed. The hotel and room was outstandingly quiet and clean, all of the staff was incredibly friendly, the amenities were all nice, and the location/view was beautiful. It was not overly crowded either which was a huge plus for us. It was about 3 miles from every attraction we were there for. We weren’t too thrilled to find what appeared to be air freshener cones in the hallway vents, which could flare up allergies. I personally did not smell any fragrance so I’m uncertain what their use is. Aside from the slight inconveniences, when asking the breakfast attendant about food allergens, they replied quickly they could not provide the ingredients to the waffle batter which was disappointing. Taking all things into consideration, the nice staff and cleanliness was beyond the norm and I believe they are working to make it a wonderful stay for their guests. I would stay here again.

Overall nice hotel stay

We stayed in a suite with a beautiful view of the river. Everything was great for us and our two pets during the stay. The breakfast and gym were fantastic as well.
