Positives: Quiet place to work and sleep. Shower water pressure was really good! Pool was good to do laps. Comfortable furniture and bed. I spent long hours working at the desk on my laptop and the chair in the room just wasn’t cutting it. I asked the manager if there were any other desk chairs available. She went into her private office and let me use HER desk chair up in my room. So very very nice! Negatives: needs to replace the carpet. Needs a couple more grab bars around the shower.

For a nice place to stay, it was okay. The bathroom had an odor and the beds were rock hard. Staff were friendly and access to road was well marked.

We were a little disappointed with this property. The carpet was stained, the caulking was peeling around the shower. It was VERY noisy, both road noise and noise from both sides, above us and the hallway. The pool was cloudy - we did not go in. We had an issue on our floor and reported it to the front desk with no response at all. We did appreciate the great restaurant next door. Unless you are getting this room for a fantastic rate, look somewhere else. You get what you pay for.

Everything was great except for the bed. The bed is the reason for 1 stars. It was the hardest most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. My husband and I both kept waking up and my body hurt so bad when I got up. We canceled our plans and drove home because of the lack of sleep and my body hurting. I used my reward points for this room and I regret it. If the bed would have been a good bed then I would have rated 5 stars. The customer service and everything else was 5 stars. You would think Comfort Inn would be a place of comfort but it turned into the Discomfort Inn.

The first four nights of my stay were so bad - I left 2 days early. The noise from the upstairs room was so bad I complained to the front desk twice a day - with no change - then the final straw was the day where there were 2 fire alarms that went off - caused be the same user improperly using their microwave in their room
