The property (422 square metres) is spread over 3 floors and is divided into 4 delightful full-service flats to ensure maximum privacy and comfort for a large group. In addition to the flats, there are of course all the communal areas where the whole group can gather and spend time together (living room, indoor and outdoor dining areas, kitchen and garden).
Villa Torre Greve can accommodate up to 16 people for a total of 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms (of which 1 is outdoor, 5 with shower, 1 with bathtub and 2 with shower and bathtub). There are also 2 extra beds for children.

Ground floor:
Two flats (one of which has a bedroom and a bathroom with disabled access).
In the first flat there is 1 double bedroom, 2 private terraces and 2 bathrooms. In the second flat there is a double bedroom and a bathroom.

First floor:
On the first floor is the third flat with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and 2 more double bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Second and third floor:
The fourth flat is on the second and third floor and has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
A spectacular 360° view of the surrounding countryside can be admired from the third floor.

The villa is air-conditioned.
